We Ordered through the drive thru with a long wait. We paid with a coupon code and added on some items for a hungry man in the parking lot so that may have frustrated them. We Got to the pickup window and the order was missing a drink. When we realized the drink wasnât on the bill because we tried to pay at the pickup window but was refused and told we had to go all the way around and get in line at the drive thru again. We got the drink and by this time food was getting cold so I asked my husband could we eat inside. I told him I saw some people inside so he said heâd go in and ask if we could eat inside. There was a child and a lady inside and maybe a man up near the checkout counter.
The lady told my husband sure. We sat down and started eating when a different lady came towards us saying YOU CANT BE IN HERE AFTER 8 or maybe she said YOU CANT ENTER AFTER 8pm. She approached us like she was going to put us out. So in our defense I told her my husband had gotten permission. So the lady was rude then she said WELL THAT LADY WAS WRONG. So I said WELL YOU GOT OUR ORDER WRONG SO WE ARE EVEN. Then I told my husband if she wants to be rude I can also be rude. My husband didnât like my reply to her and Iâm sorry for my retort but if someone was let into your lobby then you ought to let them eat. To not cause any more stress we left. I feel like customer service is really lacking these days.

He told me to pull up to the window. He never asked if my order was correct, if that was all I needed, nor did he give me my total. I pulled up to the window and he took my card and told me to go to the next window. I pulled forward and sat there for the longest time. The same man shoved my food at me and shut the window in my face. He was the rudest man I have ever encountered in a drive thru. I had tried to order on the app because I haven't had a good experience at this said McDonald's prior to this morning. If you hate your job so much, sir, why not just let someone else have it. Kindness and positivity spreads like wildfire. Sir, you need to light a match! There was no cause for his rude behavior and disrespect. Period! Do not waste your time going here it is nothing but thieves! I placed my order in the drive-thru and she repeated it back to me in which I replied, "Yes ma'am.. and a coke to drink with it". She didn't say anything about pulling around so I sat there for a minute before I ask what the total was.. She said $8.49 and this was for a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal.. Just how it comes, no upsizing. I didn't think much of it, but when I pulled around and got to the window.. A couple minutes later the manager in the pastel shirt came up to the window with her headset on and asked what I had ordered. I told her what I ordered and she came back shortly with the meal and told me the total was $8.50. She then told me it was cash only as I pulled out my credit card.
