Yesterday I placed an order for a carryout as seen at the receipt I uploaded at 8.29PM, said it would take around 24-34 minutes, ok. I got there 8.50, it was fine, my order was not ready yet, so I waited outside along with another lady who was there before me. I can see on the screen that my name is on 3rd place and said it would take 5-10 minutes. At 9.05 it showed 1-5 minutes, but the strange thing is that my name was bumped down to 4th, then 5th, 6th instead of getting closer to the first place. It's 9.10, Asked about my order, explained that it was over 40 minutes that my order was placed in the front desk guy said "it's not ready yet, we are understaffed" (there was 4-6 people around working) like if he was a robot, and didn't care, not even an apology". It's almost 9.20pm so I talked to a different employee, explained what was happening, she looked at me with that look that you see when a little kid knows he messed up and said to me "I'll take care of you" she immediately went to talk and asked the guy who makes pizza to start doing mine, can you believe it? If it wasn't because I ASKED again, I would've been waiting even longer for them so START my order. Not even an apology again. I went out of there at 9.29PM as you can check on the receipt, that's 1hour from receiving the order to actually have it done, you could actually win a new world Guinness record for longest time receiving a pizza order and finishing it, congratulations 🎊. I ordered 2 large pizzas online and I was told once I arrived that there weren’t anymore large pizzas and they made medium pizzas for me instead. If I wanted medium pizza I would have ordered medium pizza. At this point I should have walked away and gone somewhere else. There weren’t any other Dominos near me so I opted to just pay for the mediums. The original thin crust medium pizzas they made looked dry and cold. When I spoke to the manager about this she said that thin crust pizzas need to be ordered with extra sauce or they would be dry. I buy thin crust pizza all the time and I have never seen them look like this but I decided since I was already there, I’d have them remake it. As I stood there watching this crew of employees talking over the food they were prep and never got a response the cashier making bread twists and ringing customers out with no gloves and not washing her hands I told myself I should cancel my order and leave.. It was late, I was tired and I had already been there too long so I stayed and waited for the pizzas. I patiently waited quietly for my pizzas, checked that they were pepperoni and went home. I immediately regretted paying for this pizza after the first bite. The “thin and crispy” pizza was soggy because of the extra sauce, had way too much cheese and tasted like uncooked dough. I realize that Dominos is a chain restaurant and I wasn’t expecting five star taste or service but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. I called the store 3 times and no one answered. I will never go back to this...

After 20 minutes I go in to pick up my order and the man who was inside with the young woman tells me to wait 2 minutes that he needs to finish something from a person who was waiting, the man asks me who I am here for and I tell him my name and he did not appear my order and then when he shows up after 5 minutes he gives me the order he gave me 6 pieces of chicken wings and a Hawaiian pizza and I tell him that there are 16 chicken wings and that I am missing more things and the man took the box of wings from chicken and mixed them with other boxes that I had there as if it were animal food and he gave it to me and then I asked him for the parmesan bread and he told me to wait, while I was waiting I counted the chicken wings and I was missing 3 and I told him why already He was upset and told me I have to wait for it to cook because there was no more, but I ordered just to have to pick up my order and not wait for anything and it was incomplete and he didn't apologize or anything. I was 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for my order and it was left incomplete. this is the worst place, it could improve because we are paying for a service and it is not fair that they do...
