On Friday night they had a crew working there that seem like they all just arrived in the USA from a foreign prison. They didn’t speak English (except for one poor Cuban girl working amongst these low life waste of a life) and could not understand a word through the order speaker. They had no idea what an order from the McDonald’s app is. I understand many of today’s people don’t want to work at all, even less at a McDonald’s. But, is ridiculous to hire people that have no idea what customer service is nor can they understand a simply order. My ordeal started when I was over charged at the window, instead of what the app said it charged me. I understand that is most likely an app glitch, but the manager ran away with the receive they had given me, over charging me more than double what my order was. At this same location, I have had my change not returned to me. The manager wanted me to leave without my food nor my receipt! These type of people have no business working in a franchise, that use to represent America. They became violent when I proofed to them that there was an obvious mistake. Very rude low class people; also, very dirty uniforms, appearance and restaurant; yet their mouths were dirtier than their uniforms and work place. When I gave them the app code, five times, they though it was a request for fried eggs! Fried eggs at McDonald’s! Hahaha. They are such blockheads, that they don’t even know what they sell. No wonder their home is in shambles. Why doesn’t the owner realize that you can’t have all these thugs working together? Read moreWhen I drove you to the speaker, I waited two minutes before saying hello, no response, than I wanted two-three more minutes, than said hello, still nothing. After a few minutes later the said "yes hello", at this point I wanted to just back up but there were three cars behind me and another two in front of me. So I placed my order and the male offered two apple pies for a dollar, I agreed, he than says ok. I asked can I drive up, I heard nothing so I pulled up. When I reached the first window, it was open and the young Spanish medium height male was talking to another team member in the door way, I than said hello? never told me a total, so I gave him my card. I get to the next window, two minute go by, no one greets me, so I sit and wait(8 mins later) a heavy set black woman with a white shirt, guessing she is manger or team leader came to the window, she never greeted me, just looked on the screen. Than came back a few minutes later with handing me two of the three smoothies I ordered, I asked for a cup hold, than she gestured that for me to take the cups, (still not saying a word to convey her intentions) So I took them cups, she than went a got the last of the smoothies/cup holder, I than informed her that I ordered the apple pies, she than FINALLY open her mouth and said that I was not charged for apple pies.
