My experience at PF Chang’s Aventura was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service provided by Carol Sue. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a memorable evening.

Carol Sue’s warm and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire meal. She greeted us with a bright smile and an enthusiasm that immediately made us feel welcome. The Dynamite Shrimp was a standout, with its perfectly crispy texture and bold flavors. The Mongolian Beef was tender, savory, and beautifully presented. Bad Services - Food Poison - extremely BAD. Very sad i have to do this review as i see this location is under a really bad management, i have being go to this specific restaurant location for the pass 10 years, I took my son for dinner Friday Nov 03, we wait around 15 minutes for services, our waiters was busy talking with at girl at the bar and eating and drinking in the kitchen, i did not want to spoiled my sons dinner so i wait and look around for what happened, we order Honey chicken with noodles on the site, ribs, edamame, our total time dinning as services was very slow and bad, 2 hours 15 minutes, i saw waiters texting in the kitchen, the computer was close to me i can hear them talking and trashing customer etc. I finally paid and i wait like 20 minutes for my change. i even call the hostess to help me to get my waiters, he totally ignored us. in my way. out i saw the manager and bring his attention and show the pictures of his staff texting and eating in the kitchen he was not helpful and even get upset with me as i told him what the waiters where talking about at the computer trashing others customer. Manager name of that terrible night is Ean Carrol. I just go home very disappointed them the Bad night got worse , My 10 year old son start feeling bad and as we notes he start vomiting, really bad food poison. I just cant believe this happen. I will not stop until i get some answer from the Heat Offices, we always take our all company 3 times a year in Vegas P.F chang's to eat and my husband and i always go to Ft Lauderdale and Atlantic city P.F chang's. and we have never have bad experiences or food poison until this location. If i have to go to Health department and complaint I will .. This should not be happened to any one because of the bad manager Ean Carrol. I really hope someone get bad to me on...

The food at P.F. Chang's is amazing, and is always has been consistently. I really like the pad thai and the Sweet and sour chicken. It really has a great taste, and the portions are great to share, I really recommend those items.

The service was pretty good, she was very nice and attentive. It took a bit to get out of there, but understanding since it was busy. I still gave a complete 20% tip as she was super nice and attentive. Perhaps hiring a couple more servers to help would be a good idea since it can be busy on a Saturday night, or other weekend days.

Regarding the atmosphere, I really like all the tables they have, and many different types of seatings. The hostess was very attentive and helpful, we got sat down immediately. We also requested a booth and got one. Shows how the attention to small detail goes a long way, and people appreciate it. On the other hand, the bathroom was not super clean. I went in there and there was paper towels all over the floor, and there was random trash (gum on floor, water, soap, etc...). It was not clean, so maybe making sure the bathroom is in good condition is important, and serves as good feedback. There was also some random food on the floor throughout the restaurant, that probably nobody noticed.

The loyalty program is helpful, but a better explanation to what it includes should have been there. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, and have been here and plan on returning. Just those minor details, that makes...
