One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time! I am not one to normally lodge a formal review, but the greeting from Kenya was so amazing that I feel compelled to recite the facts. If she is one to represent your company as a whole, I feel the manager needs to be made aware of how awesome her customer service is. To begin with, she was one of the reasons the experience was so great. She was very welcoming and extremely helpful with us. She was very patient and helped us decide what to eat. It was our first time eating there and have to say , the food was delicious . The birria tacos and the chimichanga were my favorite and they were all recommended by Kenya. We also tried the flautas and the churrasco tacos, they were also really tasty, everything was made fresh to order and and was just delightful .However, I have to say that customer service is very rare nowadays and the way we were treated made us feel so comfortable that we will definitely eat here again. I went there to pick up a delivery order. The? Manager lied in my face and said it would be up in just a minute. When in reality, they hadn't even started cooking the large catering order. I've waited over 20 minutes so far. They have nothing to say for themselves. And they keep serving food to people in the restaurant. And other people online. Who ordered after this lady who paid a fortune for this giant catering order. They completely failed. They just didn't make it. It's that simple. The manager lied, And stiole twenty minutes and twenty dollars from us.

The food was 45 minutes late. The end. Saying you're busy is the reason you can't do your job is saying you shouldn't have it. Taco Rico should not be doing catering orders if they can't deliver on time.

I came to this plaza to dine in a restaurant which I did so pre covid. That particular restaurant seems to have gone out of business. In doing so though I found Taco Rico and I am so grateful for that. The service was fantastic,the gentleman in the front guided me with their menu options and in doing so was patient and polite. Taco Rico offers you chips to enjoy while waiting for your meal,this comes with a complimentary toppings/dressing bar to select items to pair with your meal or chips. I dined on the chips,takis street corn,a Taco & burrito combo which unknown to me also comes with rice and beans plus watermelon lemonade. My meal came to $20,$25 after I added tip. The food was great. Truthfully the only note I had for my food was the burrito seemed to carry too much beans which overwhelmed the protein. All and all I would come back whenever I am...
