We were in the area visiting for the weekend. After wrapping up a night on South Beach we were headed back to where we staying and decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. Upon getting in line I noticed a sign that said Breakfast 5am until 11am. At this time is 3:30am. As we got closer, we could hear yelling which seemed to be coming from the pick up window. After waiting in the drive thru for 20mins we finally got to the order board. We set there for over 10 min before anyone came on the intercom. When she finally said something it was "Hello? Hello?" in a tone that appeared to be a bit abrasive. I proceded with my order and when I was done ordering the young lady came back on and exclaimed "Breakfast Only!". We regrouped and proceeded to place an order. This time after placing the order it took a while before the young lady came back on the intercom. When she came back on she reacted as tho we never placed an order. I repeated the order and in a very aggressive tone she ask " You got cash?". At this point my passenger and I were over it. My passenger said, "You all should have this information posted in the drive thru before we get to the order board". She yelled, "We don't have to do nothing!!!". My passenger asked for the store number and her name and she refused. Due to the set-up of this drive thru we had to wait for the vehicles in front of us to leave. While waiting we witnessed this employee engage in a shouting match with one of the vehicles in front of me. Upon driving past the window, she looked at my vehicle and yelled you were the ones that got mad as she laughed. Read moreToday June 14th at 10:10 I went thru drive thru and I was in shock that 2 employees were arguing and cursing right there in front of me. The guy that was assisting me left and then another employee came to the window. I didn’t say anything but I wanted to use a code from my rewards and the employee whom to my surprise happened to be the MANAGER was giving me attitude and when I told him to help me with the code he said he did not know anything about the app and that I needed to give the code. Finally I was able to get it on my own and pay. When the MANAGER gave me the food I had to ask him nicely if he was having a bad day, he reply no.. I told him you are the MANAGER and you are giving me happy meal, the box literally has a smile on it and I see you and you are not representing the company, I told him to be happy and to give excellent customer services. He told me he was fine but his actions spoke louder than words. I come to this McDonald a lot and is sad to buy a product and receive poor customer service. We all can have a bad stressful day, yes but the MANAGER should set up the example and have a nice attitude with customers.finally I told him if that if he wasn’t happy with his job to look for one that would make him happy. There’s a lot of stuff going on in this world but one can make the difference and when you go buy food you expect people to be nice and respectful.!!
Also, I am more concerned to have read old reviews and see other customers experienced same situation as me, manager not helping me with the reward app cause he said he does not know how to use it and he’s ugly...
Read moreSoooo I decided to take my kids to mcdonalds before my hair appointment and ordered 3 hotcakes and eggs when I got my food I noticed they had giving me round eggs and since my kids have never ate round eggs i asked them if they can switch the round eggs for the scrabbled eggs that I was suppose to receive with my order however when I asked them to switch out the eggs they all begin talking strictly in spanish only being very disrespect the manager then approached the window saying I have to keep the eggs because they dont have the scrambled eggs which was only told to me because they didnt want to switch them out when I refuse to accept them repeatedly saying my kids wont eat those eggs and having a bill of $30 i wanted to make sure the food I gave to them was satisfying to them so to defuse everything I politely said can i just have my money back and the manager rudely rook the receipt out of my hand and then refused to give me my money back at the time she called me stupida and when i told her i understood what she said to me an argument between us happened as i kept saying give me my money back while she was refusing I started to dial the corporate number that was on the wall i begin dialing it and she begin to dial the police on me and then handed my refund amount to her employee who passed it to me 2 dollars short I will never go back there again too...
