I would like to share my horrible experience with Palmetto alphas Romeo, i leased in 2020 Stelvio , during the time you sign all the documents i added the wear & tear protection that cost me around $62.00 per month , this protection will allow me to get more miles and no paying for tire in the end of the lease, however the old manager Edi email the wear & tear insurance company and VIOD THAT same day without telling me and refunding me the $2,232.00 , i guess he took the money to himself or im not sure where. when i return the car on Oct 10Th i got a bill from ally that i need to pay $1498.00 on extra miles i called the insurance company and they told me that this contract was cancel and void by the dealer same day of my lease so i called Ally and they told me that i need to pay :( and i did ) i called the dealer and they told me there is nothing that can do to help me because they cant find the lease documents. PLEASE BE AWAER OF THIS DEALER PALMETTO ALPHA REMEO on 13110 Biscayne in north miami i was expecting some help from them but when i didnt take a car from them after i returns my Alpha everything change !!! its not only that i lost $2,232.00 i also paid extra to Ally bank $1,498.00 HORRIBLE...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The manager, Garcia Zambrano, was the person assisting me. When I decided I did not like the vehicle, instead of respecting my decision, he put me on the spot and told me multiple times that I was “not a serious customer.”
As a potential buyer who came in with the intention of exploring a purchase, I should have been treated with respect and not belittled for choosing not to move forward. His behavior created a very uncomfortable and almost mafia like atmosphere which is absolutely not how a reputable dealership should treat customers.
To make matters worse, he later called me back asking again if I was serious about buying a vehicle and suggested I choose a different one. I explained that moving forward treating customers with a little more respect would go a long way, even in closing a deal. His response was to laugh and hang up the phone.
This was extremely unprofessional and reflects very poorly on the dealership. I strongly suggest that management reviews this conduct...
Read moreStarted dealing on a high spec 2022 BMW M3, with very low miles. It's difficult to find, I admit. They weren't overly interested in my car, although it's also a very high spec low miles M340, but said to take it to Carmax and whatever they would give me for it, they would match. Got that done and asked for final out the door cash difference and my salesmen stopped responding to me. Started over with a new salesmen, who was great. However when their finance people got involved they decided not to honor the carmax quote, but got close to it. Not great but ok. Then decided to also increase the price of their car by over $5,000 as a penalty for not financing through them.(which by they way, put their M3 $2,000 over the original MSRP when it was brand new) They say it says on the website the listed price is for financed vehicles only, but I couldn't find it. Maybe it does say that somewhere. Regardless they didn't come across as anywhere near honest or trustworthy. Be very careful in dealing here, especially if doing so...
