FRESH TASTY INCREDIBLE FOOD. I see a lot of reviews, but not enough is being said about the freshest of the food. At many places in South Florida, you'd be hard pressed to find a restaurant with this quality of freshest. From the sauces to the chicken to the prawns. It tastes like it was made moments before hitting the table, and the flavor and textures are unbelievable. The chicken literally melts in your mouth as if you're eating a hot piece of cloud. I have no idea how they got chicken breast to taste so amazing. The CURRY PRAWNS is an absolute TOP RECOMMENDATION. 💯 It's again incredibly fresh, plump, and tasty. Like biting into soft muscle, warm and soft on the inside, covered in flavor. Medium is recommended. Hot if you want something new. Everything that is put in front of you meets the standard. The deserts are made with the same care. NOTHING TASTES PRE-COOKED. Shout out to the kitchen staff and chef. Please never replace this genius. One of the best food experiences in Miami PERIOD.
As for the restaurant. It is a nice little spot, unassuming. And will be famous in the future for sure. At the moment it is a nice place to bring a date for dinner, although it's not flashy, the environment is nice and the food will be a great surprise. They play Indian music, but the volume is just right. It's also a great place to sit outside, with a cool drink, and have lunch. Their beer cups are chilled, which is a nice touch. The daytime staff is friendly and their evening staff is also very accommodating.
It's one of my favorite new places in all of Broward/Miami. Rivals J.Alexander. Wipes GoBistro in Hollywood...
Read moreNamaste delights the senses from the minute you enter it’s really cute inside and the big picture window casts lovely ambient light all around the space. And before you even speak to the hostess, you are greeted by rich aromas of exotic spices. The stage is set, the anticipation builds, and the food dazzles! Wow—this food is seriously delicious. So often, Indian cuisine is presented with the flavors tamped down, diluted, so as not to offend the American palate. The food at Namaste is not at all like that. The flavors are bold, unapologetic, fresh, and perfectly in balance. The saag paneer was absolutely delicious, generously laden with cheese chunks, so fresh tasting, and made with obvious care and attention to detail. The pakoras were perfectly executed, light and full of flavor, and accompanied with a green chutney that I could eat alone by the spoonful, it was that good! One other awesome thing: the food is not cheap but the portions were very generous, and I had plenty left over for lunch the next day. I don’t mind paying $30 for dinner for one if I get a second meal. Bottom line: good value and the best tasting Indian food in south...
Read moreOne of the best experience we ever had. Each and every dish was prepared with so much care given to the taste flavor and freshness. Dal makhni, malai kofta, nan, baingan bhartha- my fav tastes as my mom cooked. Saag paneer came with my thali- got a chance to taste 4 curries in one shot. We took samosas as our starter. It’s no comparison to other places. The samosa skin is very tender. Curry inside is good. Other places have too much oil or over cooked but this place had it on the line. In the end gulab jamun was mouth watering. It’s smooth with the sauce perfectly saturated in the jamun. Rasmalai- since I am from south India I always used to avoid it or where ever I tasted it not good. Here it’s awesome. You can reach out to me if you have any questions or doubts. Next time I will take my entire family and friends there. It’s not easy to travel that far and find a perfect restaurant. I could not find that taste here in Texas and Georgia. People there at Namaste serve food with smile and beautiful eye contact explaining their food suggestions per...
