Talia made our experience amazing. At the beginning we thought it was awful. The three girls on the front wouldn’t even made eye contact with us. We wait at least 5 minutes (restaurant total empty) for being sat down. Before that I went to the bathroom… OMG i felt like literally going to a nasty old mall bathroom who had not been cleaned for months. The word would be N A S T Y.. sorry but it stink like pee before entering the bathroom…. Imagine the rest 🙁 When I went back my friend he asked me if I wanted to leave.. I said… lets give it a try to the waitress and OMG Im so glad we did. Talia was so amazing since the beginning. She showed she was interested on us, knew completely the menu, gave us amazing options and when we dislike the Virgin Colada (my bad, it was too sweet) she was literally the Kindest Restaurant Supervisor and for today (Thanks God!) our waitress. She deserves not only a recognition but a raise! You have to keep this girl in the staff! She made our visit worth it. Thanks Talia ♥️ Food was good, what we expected, except the fried shrimp (sorry but that breaded eww) :( everything else was amaziing!! Thanks for taking the time to read this and please never get rid of someone who cares so much about the customer! Excellent 😋

I visited this location on 5/17/24. When I walked into the restaurant, there was a line of four people. No one was seating the guests or even at the front counter. We waited as several workers constantly passed by and ignored us. After specific customers started complaining, a worker rushed to the counter, attended to the line, and created a waiting list. All of us were viewing several empty tables and several workers just walking around. After waiting ten minutes, we (My mom, little sister, and I) were seated. First, the waitress was friendly. However, after we ordered our meals, she completely forgot about my table. She then started attending to the other tables of people who came after us. She served their food and drinks first and constantly checked on them. Then, she bought our drinks. She did not provide coasters or utensils and took a long time to bring the biscuits. We waited nearly fifteen minutes for a small bowl of dip and chips. Then, a kitchen worker approached the table and asked, "Did you order a Crab Queso?" We stared in disgust at her rude attitude. She dropped the bowl on the table like a pile of trash, and it made a big slamming sound. Our food took nearly an hour to come. The waitress did not check on us or serve our food. She didn't even pick up the empty plates and bowl from only one bowl of biscuits, dip, and chips. When our food came, the portions were small and unreasonable. The kitchen workers didn't even want to pick up the plates; we had to ask a manager. I genuinely felt ripped off. The waiter didn't check on us at all. We had to remind them to bring the coasters and utensils. They forgot one of our sides and refused to serve any more biscuits. I had to call the manager to remind him about our side and report the terrible service we received. After I reported the waitress and the manager confronted her, she immediately attended our table and asked, "Do you need anything?" We replied, "No." When we were nearly finished eating, she wanted to help, which was terrible. The manager brought to-go boxes and a bag. Then, we went to the front counter to pay. She immediately ran after us as if we were stealing. I told her, "We are going to pay with two cards. She will go get the second card in the car." We waited until she (my little sister) returned. While we were waiting, the manager passed by, and she said, "Please prepare the rest of my tables; it was tiring to take care of them." She was referring to me and my family according to head gestures, which was very frustrating because she barely attended our table. When we handed her both cards, she immediately returned and said, "The first one doesn't work." So, she tried again, but it didn't work. My mom Zelled the money to me from the first card, which only took a few minutes. However, the waitress hovered over my shoulder to see if I was serious. Those few minutes made me and my little sister feel like the worst criminals in the world because she was prejudiced. What was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday was one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. What appalled me the most was the terrible service and the expensive bill for such small portions because when I went to other locations in Florida, the service, food, and portions were excellent. As my little sister and I walked to the car, she said, "This was the worst birthday ever. She didn't do her job as a waitress." I genuinely don't plan on returning at all.

This is an update May 20, 2024 at 12:15 pm I understand now why Red Lobster is closing, after my last experience I came back during lunch time. First the greeter didn't even smile or make eye contact, had to wait over ten minutes to be acknowledged and than waited another five minutes told will be with you and waited, got some bread at this point. One server for four tables and the place was not full. The food was to be honest just sloppy by the time I got my salad they had literally like slapped a lot of sauce over it not put it on the side like they used too. I got the admiral's fees let me just say right now what a waste of my money $53 for trash the steak you could tell was probably held together by meatloop I asked for medium they cooked it all the way it was so hard you couldn't even taste it or even it was like they must have let it just cooked over cooked it was just nasty I even brought this through your attention of the waitress who didn't even bother acknowledging it just didn't even say sorry or nothing just kept going. No one ever came up to check up on me to see everything was okay I have to wait forever for everything even for napkins honestly this was horrible the food was really bad the the food really had no taste the only thing honestly was the baked potato that actually did taste good and the scallops but the shrimp felt like they have been probably sitting around for a while and again so disappointed I spent this much money giving these people here at Red lobster another chance to see and again let me stress I understand now why they are losing business because the people that they have just don't care and they make sure you don't understand you see that with the way they treat you the way they treat you the way they serve your food and there's nothing there's no coordination I guess with the others to make sure everybody's okay I honestly let me ju say last time I will ever come to this place is closing and that's okay I don't ever ha spend my money ever at a Red lobster. I have to say that this was the worst meal that I have had in a long time. The utensils are plastic so already this dining experience is poor, and the place looks outdated and dark. I remember when I use to live going to Red Lobster for the food but all they had going was the bread. The salad was mediocre not as before full of color with red onion slices and small tomatoes, this looked pulled out of a package. The appetizer was the stuffed mushrooms which was okay nothing I would repeat. The meal the bay scallops were awful, and this use to be my favorite, why did they have to cheapen the dish! Along with ordering the Admiral Feast, first the mashed potatoes were bland and tasteless, the ordo rice was over cooked and hard, the fried fish was greasy and I'm questioning if the oil was old. Myself and my party came out of this place feeling sick. The whole meal was a waste of money and that's what has me upset that this use to be a great place, now it's like a lunchroom with over priced frozen food.

We always enjoyed going to Red Lobster, but this was our first time at this address. And we are very disappointed. When we arrived, more than half the tables were free. There was no hostess on site. We sat down at the table, but the waiter said that she would not serve us and that we should wait for the hostess. After waiting 20 minutes, we were seated at a table and we immediately said that we were ready to order. But no one took the order and we again waited for more than 20 minutes. Then, calling the waiter, we placed an order for drinks, but a few minutes later another waiter came up and asked to dictate the order, because he didn't find our order. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 pm and received our food at 10 pm. Our bill for 2 persons came to $250 and a mandatory $45 tip. It is very unpleasant to have such an experience. I returned two cole slaw salads to the waiter because they tasted and smelled disgusting and the waiter just took them away. The $90 lobster was very bland. Most likely they simply forgot to salt it. I have never left bad reviews because I respect other people's business, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I really hope that the restaurant management will read my review and take action. UPD. The restaurant manager called me. She suggested visiting this restaurant again when she was there. So that she can control everything. But why do I need these experiments? I've already thrown money away once.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid, so I’ve had several experiences here. Some good, some not so good. This review is solely based on my experience yesterday, which was wonderful. My mom and I decided to stop in for lunch and we both had a great time. We tried the dragon calamari for the first time and it was AMAZING. Definitely in my top 2 of best calamari I’ve ever had. My drink was great, but my mom did not enjoy hers too much. The clam chowder and biscuits were delicious as always and our main entrees were also very satisfying. My mom’s steak was juicy and flavorful even with it being cooked to well done. The only hiccup was with my lobster tail which came very old and overcooked, but the manager came and assisted me right away. She had another one prepared for me with no issue. However, it was still very overcooked and fell apart while trying to cut it. Didn’t discover that until this morning, but it’s all good. Overall, the experience was very satisfying. Our server was also very pleasant and attentive although she was waitressing several tables. Glad that I decided to stop in after not dining here for so long.

I mean it's red lobster, it was amazing years ago. But going back years later, it's just bland. Food has no taste but butter and garlic 🙄 The service was good, host amazing, the atmosphere clean and tidy. Even the food looks great but that didn't matter. I had appetizer Loster spinach dip with nachos. It was boring and good for the cheese but very little spinach. Loster Alfredo pasta had no taste what so ever. Ate a few, box it up for later ill reheat it up and cook it myself, next Dessert couldn't go wrong i said... Brownie with ice cream on top. Brownie wasn't fresh at all and not even heat up at least so it could be soft because it was pretty hard. But my server was generous to take it back 😌 I felt bad writing this 😩cause this used to be my favorite restaurant growing up. But my taste buds definitely change and now i got introduced to other places with better quality and more fresh. But adios red lobster its been a long journey. Ill come for drinks tho 🤪
