Five Guys is a great place to create your own hamburger. You asked for it, and they will make it exactly how you want. When you walk in, and has that scenery, of the 19 50s style checkered red and white square checkered walls. And counter. Their ground beef is 100% real beef. They use top and cheese. And tomatoes. And onions. And kosher pickles. And Sally Style mustard. And catch up. They don't cut corners. Their hamburgers buns are soft and scrumptious. The french fries are really really good. Disability parking is available in front. Disability access ramp available, as well. Restrooms are available. Disability equipped. Very well established. Management is good. Employees are very friendly. They will greet you, with a smile. Great place to go come up with your co-workers. Their burgers are really good. You cannot compare them, to most fast food burger joints. These are old style hamburgers to me made the old style way. Hope I was helpful. If you enjoyed this review, please give me a thumbs up. Five Guys is the perfect example that you don’t need to overcomplicate a recipe to deliver something truly memorable. Their burgers shine because of what matters most: fresh ingredients, juicy meat, soft buns, and a flavor combo that just works.
What I love most is the honest simplicity. There are no gimmicks, no trendy distractions—just a focus on quality and taste. And with a wide range of free toppings, you can fully customize your burger without paying extra.
The fries are another highlight—crispy, golden, and served in generous portions. And the complimentary peanuts while you wait? A nice, quirky touch.
In terms of pricing, I think the value for money is excellent. This isn’t your average fast food—it’s fast food done right. And the staff are always friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
Bottom line: Five Guys isn’t trying to reinvent the burger. They just make it better than most, and that alone...
Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered online for pick up @ 8:30. Got there by 8:15 cashier couldn't find the order neither with my name or order #. She asked me several times if it was the right location. I felt like saying no, i order from New Jersey. Asked for the manager. She came over, found my order finally. I told her to please teach the cashier how to find it on the future. I asked fore my burger to be cut in half. She says it'll be 8-10 mins. I sit to wait for my order. No names are being called out, only numbers. It's now about 8:40. So I walk up to the counter to ask where's my order. It's been sitting there for at least 10 mins and no one let me know. Fries were soggy, asked for fresh ones. Got home the bun was complete mush, it was NOT cut in half like i asked and i ordered extra pickles and there was not a single one on my soggy gross 🍔. I'll never go back there again. It was truly horrific and a disgusting experience. Stay away from there North Miami location....
