We Rock is hands down the best indoor playground in North Miami!
Not only are they inclusive to all kinds of kids, but their staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They’ll walk you through the best membership options, party packages, and make your entire customer service experience amazing.
They host weekly classes. Coach Ariel’s sessions are super interactive and fun! He works with kids of all ages and always makes sure everyone is having a great time. ☺️
When it comes to parties, the staff is extremely organized and supportive from start to finish. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your child’s big day without any stress. Isa and Kei helped me during one of my birthday parties here this past summer—they were both super sweet, attentive, and professional! They also accommodated to certain last minute requests, such as adding a bouncy house. Good to mention that Chanel, the owner, is also one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! She will communicate with you from the moment you book your party, making sure that decorations, arts and crafts, and entertainment are exactly how you want them to be.
At we rock, they also host camps every now and then! The kids get to enjoy arts and crafts, gym playtime, and even lunch is provided, which makes things sooooo much easier for us parents.
Overall, I’d recommend this gym any day. The staff is kind, the environment is clean, and most importantly, it is so much fun! 💗
P.S: They’re hosting not one, but TWO Halloween parties soon, you should all attend! Kiddos will...

The staff like we previously mentioned is so sweet, they are constantly making sure the toys are put back into their place as the children stop playing with them which is a huge plus because it keeps everything organized and less overwhelming when it’s a little busier than usual.
Make sure you check their Instagram for open play hours or call ahead of time just in case since a lot of the times they’re closed for parties on the weekends, but they’re pretty good at updating their schedule online.

Good location, great toys and space for children to play at and the staff is incredible! It was our first time at this location and Ashley was amazing, she explained how everything worked and we basically purchased a package thanks to her. The guy that was there was also very kind but we didn’t catch his name.
Our son had a lot of fun playing with all the toys and jumping on the trampoline, we spent a couple of hours there hiding from the rain. There’s plenty of costumes and toys for pretend play. The calming room was great and our son loved it!
Unfortunately one of the bathrooms was out of order which was no big deal at all but the working bathroom was dirty. the bin was overflowing with diapers and toilet paper and tissues.
They sell drinks and a few snacks at pretty good prices so that was also a plus. Overall it was a good visit and like I mentioned...
Read moreI’m honestly really disappointed with how things went down Friday last week at the park. My daughter, who’s only two, was knocked over pretty hard by an older boy—probably around 9—who was swinging wildly and totally out of control. What makes it worse is that he wasn’t being supervised, and turns out he’s the manager’s son.
My mom was right there with my daughter and literally just said “Careful!” a second before the accident happened. That’s it. But instead of checking on what happened or even asking if my daughter was okay, the manager came out yelling and full of attitude—accusing my mom of yelling at her son, which is just not true. It was all defensive and super aggressive from the start.
We actually really like this place—we even celebrated my daughter’s birthday here last year. But the way my mom was treated Friday was completely out of line. She’s an older woman, almost 70, and deserved basic respect. Instead, she was blamed and spoken to in such a rude and unnecessary way.
We all understand kids have accidents, and that’s not the issue. The issue is how the adults handle those moments—and in this case, it was handled so poorly that we left feeling upset and honestly hurt.
This kind of treatment really makes you think twice about...
