Update:
My experience was rectified with a gift card and handled promptly by management to ensure they made up for this experience, per the usual Chick-fil-A way, but I'll leave this review up as a reminder to constantly do better and keep making up for your mistakes!

I went here on 2/19/2022 and it was a hot mess. A problem at the window caused at least 6 cars, who ordered breakfast, to not recieve breakfast at all. I paid for a burrito meal and a chicken egg and cheese just to be given two number 1 lunches and sent on my way. The ORDER WAS NEVER CORRECTED. The associate kept repeating how she would have to go inside to get a menu, or a receipt, which discouraged the entire experience! We NEVER SAW A MANAGER, and when she was called the associate handling the transaction said quote: "She a little overwhelmed right now." This was at 10:00 in the morning?! How?
Usually Chikfila is about their service, but this was a terrible experience. In the future, dont let people order 15 chicken biscuits in the drive through, MAKE THEM PULL TO THE SIDE AND WAIT LIKE...
Read moreIt was raining, so I went through the drive-through. Placed my order and asked the lady for my receipt. She said, "I would get it with my food. The lady that brought my food just handed it and said thank you quickly and walked back in before I could ask about the receipt. No signature smile and heartfelt thank you I get from ALL other Chick-fil. As I was driving off, something told me to check, so I pulled over ... no receipt. So I had to go back, get out in the rain. In the store, the cashier couldn't retrieve it, so the manager was called. I explained what had happened, and he was able to get it. At no time did he say they were sorry or show any remorse. It wasn't that they were busy, only one other customer was there. In all the years I have visited chick-fli, I have never experienced anything like that. I hope this gets reviewed and action taken. Bad service is like a cancer and spreads throughout a company through transfers...
Read moreThis location does not stand up to CFA standards at all. We come here often and on every occasion the staff is rude and not focused on you at all. From playing around to rushing you to go talk to their friends again. It almost seems like the customer is an inconvenience for them. CFA is know for their employees always saying “my pleasure”, but I have not once heard that in the last year that I've been going there. . Just a month ago one of the employees yelled at my boyfriend to speak louder, because she could hear over the other employee trying to talk to her. Then got mad because we tried to use a gift card and huff loudly. Then stormed off saying she didn't feel like dealing with it. Overall horrible atmosphere and employees! Corporate definitely needs to be contacted and this location needs a whole new...
