Worst experience of my life. We called the store before coming and clearly asked for the Vanity Impressions HELLO KITTY WALL MIRROR. I even said is the big pink box, it’s just her face, it’s almost as big aa an TV and has to be mounted on the wall. Keep in mind I called before driving and still said yes. Especially since we live 2:30 hours away from this specific location. I was told yes, that they only had one left in stock and would put it on hold for me. So we drive up to the store, for them to be surprised when I go to the register and say… Hi, I called for the HELLO KITTY BIG MIRROR. Both ladies looked at each other and then at me and proceed to say, Hello Kitty? Oh no ma’m is not hello kitty is Minnie Mouse mirror. What? So you mean to tell me we drove 2:30 hours for nothing. How could you possibly confuse Hello Kitty with Minnie Mouse. There is no way that can happen especially since there’s absolutely no similarity in the sound of the names. No manager took the time to speak to me regarding matter, to provide an apology. No minimum compensation such as a discount or to at least call me directly if they got it in stock for me to be able to buy it right away as sign of an apology in the bare minimum. Not even the associate that caused such inconvenience for us took the time to apologize. Marshalls should really coach employees on such issues to avoid such inconveniences for their customers. I found quite a few awesome, inexpensive Tommy Hilfiger items...I got a bra for $13.00, 2 piece pajama set on clearance for $11.00, a pair of pajama shorts on clearance for $6.00, and a few sets of undies for $5.99- $6.99! I am super happy with the prices there...I have purchased makeup there before though, and unless it's a known brand that you know you like, I wouldn't recommend it. Most sets and palettes don't work that well, I actually ended up giving the color correcting palette I bought for $5.99 to my 4 year old daughter to play with, bc to me it seems to be made about the same as play makeup. From now on I'll stick to buying makeup from other places. They usually do have pretty good deals on name brand/designer hair care products though. I went in here with my girlfriend and she went to try on clothes and the old lady they had working the dressing room was very rude. When my girlfriend came out to show me a dress she was trying on the old lady looked at her and told her "she wasnt small enough for that dress and that she need to get something that fit her better" i will never shop at this store again and i really hope the lady gets punished or even fired. Her job is not to comment on peoples appearances, it is to simply open the door to the dressing room thats it. She definitely doesnt need to be working in that area and probably doesnt even need to be working in customer service if she is going to be that rude and disgusting to people.
