The place was dead at 6:30pm during peak vacation season, so that should have been our sign... Terrible craft beer selection and was told they didn't have any beers that qualified for the advertised 22oz regional craft beer special for $5.97 and that their specials menu needed to be updated, so we had a difficult time figuring out what drinks were actually on special. Drinks took a long time to come from the bar, which was hard to understand as there was maybe only one or two other tables drinking in the dead restaurant with no one sitting at the bar. We then had to wait over 30 minutes for a side of sweet potato fries for an appetizer. When they finally came they were cold and soggy. We were told the kitchen was short staffed and they were all new. We also saw the kitchen staff all congregating on their phones through the swinging doors. Our server did recognize the issue though and brought us a fresh plate of fries. We have had the lobster roll before at their Davie, FL location and it was delicious. The lobster roll at the MB location was made with imitation meat and was very bland on a stale bun with no lemon. Not good and definitely not worth $18 for imitation lobster meat. The Jalapeno flatbread was missing the bacon and the chicken on it was incredibly dry. Lobster Mac & Cheese had what appeared to be real lobster meat, but the Mac & cheese itself tasted like something bland out of a cardboard box that you'd give to your picky kids. Ceaser salad was more like a swimming pool of dressing with some romaine and stale croutons. Wings were good, but asked for extra crispy and were not. Our server was friendly, but it irked us that she didn't prebus anything off our table and we sat with dirt plates all over while waiting to cash out. We felt there wasn't much point in getting any food remade as everything was such poor quality it wouldn't have made much a difference, plus with how long it took to get the food we really didn't want to be sitting around this restaurant all night. We would have loved to bring all this to the managers attention, but she was too busy chatting it up at a corner booth by the kitchen with the other bored staff members. We never once saw her get up to touch tables. She made one lap to the bar and back to her hang out spot during our entire 2 hour visit. The only thing that saved this experience from being an absolute trainwreck was the nice clean atmosphere and friendly servers. We will definitely not be back to...

Seems like someone put a lot of thought into decorating the place, but sitting at the bar was the worst service I've had in years. Couldn't get drinks, napkins, plates, couldn't get the food we ordered (only got some of it). Every time the bartenders walked by they moved slowly, and waving them down or asking for something was not really an option as it yielded no results aside from them sluggishly motioning that they'd come back by later. No hustle across the whole establishment, lackadaisical attitudes, overcharged two different sets of customers around me who I heard complain they'd been charged for someone else's drinks. One bartender said she hadn't even been scheduled that night so she wasn't going to cut oranges for the blue moon beers because she didn't have time to cut oranges -- she took about a minute to explain how she didn't have time to cut an orange.
Unbelievably bad service. I don't even drink. I just wanted Guiness NA and wings after work and to watch the fight and that was my first and last time -- I will never ever ever go there again for any reason.
Great set of tvs at the bar.
Overall a very uncomfortable place to be a customer.
Overpriced food and drinks, exceptionally terrible service even compared with what that usually means.
I always tip 20%, but the abuse I saw of the good natured customers around me, as well as their absence of service in my case, netted them 10% because I don't stiff, but truthfully they earned 0%.
I am scarred and probably will never go to any Twin Peaks location after this. It was really that bad.
The manager on duty came out to deal with a customer complaint (not mine -- I didn't complain once while I was there) and it was hard not to notice that she moved even slower than the rest of the staff. Not one person employed at that place was interested in being there. Not the hostess, not the bartenders, not the shift manager, and not the kitchen staff.
Close the doors to this...

My wife and I had been intrigued by Twin Peaks and finally decided to give it a try this past Sunday after a visit to Bass Pro. Unfortunately, our experience at the Twin Peaks located at 10177 N Kings Hwy was disheartening, primarily due to the abysmal service provided by our server, Juliana.
Despite having an easy time finding a seat at the bar, Juliana greeted us with utmost unfriendliness, coupled with rude and condescending behavior. Her lack of attention was so apparent that we speculated whether she was preoccupied or disinterested, even jokingly suggesting she might be romantically involved with the owner. The situation went from bad to worse when Juliana failed to return for our order, leaving us bewildered and frustrated.
In our own experience of running a restaurant, we understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. Recognizing Juliana's shortcomings, we approached another staff member, who graciously took over our service. To our dismay, it was confirmed that our dissatisfaction wasn't isolated; other customers were also expressing their grievances about Juliana's demeanor.
Whether it was due to our race, personal dislike, or a general lack of professionalism, we couldn't pinpoint the cause of Juliana's behavior. Unfortunately, this has led us to the decision that Twin Peaks at 10177 N Kings Hwy will not see our patronage again.
We hope this review serves as a constructive critique for the management to address issues related to customer service. Discrimination or poor treatment of customers should never be tolerated, and we believe it is essential to share our experience to prevent others, especially those of color, from encountering similar discomfort at Twin Peaks.
In summary, our rating for Twin Peaks at 10177 N Kings Hwy is a resounding F++, primarily due to Juliana's unprofessional and...
