I am writing to express my concerns regarding our recent visits to your Myrtle Beach location at 10177 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. When this location first opened, it quickly became a favorite spot for my friends, family, and me. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much that we frequently recommended it to others and even brought guests along. In the past, we were sure to leave 5-star reviews with pictures of our meals and drinks. However, our last two visits have been disappointing. The restaurant's cleanliness has noticeably declined, and the behavior of the kitchen staff has been unprofessional. During our recent visit, we observed kitchen staff coming out and gawking at the servers, making inappropriate comments without considering the patrons present. Today was particularly concerning. I ordered the brisket chili, a dish I have previously enjoyed, but it was burnt and served in a cardboard cup without the usual toppings. My toast was also burnt. It was evident that both the kitchen staff and our server failed to notice these issues before bringing the dishes to our table. When I addressed this with our server, she informed me that the manager would come to speak with us. Unfortunately, we waited for several minutes and never saw the manager. Due to the inconsistency in the food quality, cleanliness, and overall environment, we have decided not to return to this location. We arrived around 7:30 PM, and it was not busy, so these issues were particularly disappointing. It saddens me to report this as we have had such positive experiences in the past. I truly believe that moving forward, training refreshers are essential to ensure that the high standards we once enjoyed can be maintained. I hope you can address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future patrons.

The food is decent, but the service at the bar is absolutely terrible. I came in for a quick lunch after Bass Pro shopping on a Sat and ended up waiting over 25 minutes to order my food and spending nearly an hr to get a burger. There was only one bartender, and she walked by multiple times while I tried to get her attention. There were multiple girls standing by the door chatting as dining was mostly empty. Maybe move some off the floor and schedule 2 girls to work a giant curcular bar... Having one bartender with this big of a circular bar is a poor decision from management. She had to run circle laps to stay on top of all the drinks. She really was hustling and doing her best to stay on top of things, but she was absolutely swamped with a half full bar... So, no knock on her. This is a poor scheduling decision by those in charge... The manager eventually came to ask what I needed, and I said to order food. I mean, that's what I'm here for... she then started casually helping the poor girl working the bar solo. I'd highly recommend that management do a better job helping their employees and customers by scheduling and delegating better. Also, please clean the sticky puddles in the restroom. Hopefully, it was just spilled beer, but the whole area under the sink was a sticky disaster. It's pretty gross to walk through in flip-flops...

1st time visit. Atmosphere and decor are pretty cool. It’s giving, CABIN IN THE MOUTAINS! Marisol was our server (five star service). Sweet as can be. Polite. Attentive. She broke down the menus, the daily specials, suggested some of her favorite foods and sides. She also listed the beers specific to Twin Peaks (we went with The Knotty Brunette, and taste like a more flavorful Yuengling, which is pretty much my favorite non craft beer. Delicious). THE FOOD! Kind of lack luster. Started off with the Smoked Chicken Quesadillas (you only get one medium size tortilla/quesadilla). The salsa, which comes with it, was kind of bland. Very little spice or heat to it. We each ordered a Smokestack Burger… the brisket was flavorful, but cold. The burger was cooked medium (on point) and over all it was a solid burger. Broccoli was seasoned well and I enjoyed it a lot, the fries had a good seasoning too. The bun, cold, not toasted, and I’m pretty sure it was on the cusp of going stale. A little hard to the touch, unless they refrigerate their buns… 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m definitely going to go back a couple of more times and see how it goes.

The place was dead at 6:30pm during peak vacation season, so that should have been our sign... Terrible craft beer selection and was told they didn't have any beers that qualified for the advertised 22oz regional craft beer special for $5.97 and that their specials menu needed to be updated, so we had a difficult time figuring out what drinks were actually on special. Drinks took a long time to come from the bar, which was hard to understand as there was maybe only one or two other tables drinking in the dead restaurant with no one sitting at the bar. We then had to wait over 30 minutes for a side of sweet potato fries for an appetizer. When they finally came they were cold and soggy. We were told the kitchen was short staffed and they were all new. We also saw the kitchen staff all congregating on their phones through the swinging doors. Our server did recognize the issue though and brought us a fresh plate of fries. We have had the lobster roll before at their Davie, FL location and it was delicious. The lobster roll at the MB location was made with imitation meat and was very bland on a stale bun with no lemon. Not good and definitely not worth $18 for imitation lobster meat. The Jalapeno flatbread was missing the bacon and the chicken on it was incredibly dry. Lobster Mac & Cheese had what appeared to be real lobster meat, but the Mac & cheese itself tasted like something bland out of a cardboard box that you'd give to your picky kids. Ceaser salad was more like a swimming pool of dressing with some romaine and stale croutons. Wings were good, but asked for extra crispy and were not. Our server was friendly, but it irked us that she didn't prebus anything off our table and we sat with dirt plates all over while waiting to cash out. We felt there wasn't much point in getting any food remade as everything was such poor quality it wouldn't have made much a difference, plus with how long it took to get the food we really didn't want to be sitting around this restaurant all night. We would have loved to bring all this to the managers attention, but she was too busy chatting it up at a corner booth by the kitchen with the other bored staff members. We never once saw her get up to touch tables. She made one lap to the bar and back to her hang out spot during our entire 2 hour visit. The only thing that saved this experience from being an absolute trainwreck was the nice clean atmosphere and friendly servers. We will definitely not be back to...

Sorry y'all. Honesty time.

Seems like someone put a lot of thought into decorating the place, but sitting at the bar was the worst service I've had in years. Couldn't get drinks, napkins, plates, couldn't get the food we ordered (only got some of it). Every time the bartenders walked by they moved slowly, and waving them down or asking for something was not really an option as it yielded no results aside from them sluggishly motioning that they'd come back by later. No hustle across the whole establishment, lackadaisical attitudes, overcharged two different sets of customers around me who I heard complain they'd been charged for someone else's drinks. One bartender said she hadn't even been scheduled that night so she wasn't going to cut oranges for the blue moon beers because she didn't have time to cut oranges -- she took about a minute to explain how she didn't have time to cut an orange.

Unbelievably bad service. I don't even drink. I just wanted Guiness NA and wings after work and to watch the fight and that was my first and last time -- I will never ever ever go there again for any reason.

Great set of tvs at the bar.

Overall a very uncomfortable place to be a customer.

Overpriced food and drinks, exceptionally terrible service even compared with what that usually means.

I always tip 20%, but the abuse I saw of the good natured customers around me, as well as their absence of service in my case, netted them 10% because I don't stiff, but truthfully they earned 0%.

I am scarred and probably will never go to any Twin Peaks location after this. It was really that bad.

The manager on duty came out to deal with a customer complaint (not mine -- I didn't complain once while I was there) and it was hard not to notice that she moved even slower than the rest of the staff. Not one person employed at that place was interested in being there. Not the hostess, not the bartenders, not the shift manager, and not the kitchen staff.

Close the doors to this...

Unpleasant Experience at Twin Peaks - 10177 N Kings Hwy

My wife and I had been intrigued by Twin Peaks and finally decided to give it a try this past Sunday after a visit to Bass Pro. Unfortunately, our experience at the Twin Peaks located at 10177 N Kings Hwy was disheartening, primarily due to the abysmal service provided by our server, Juliana.

Despite having an easy time finding a seat at the bar, Juliana greeted us with utmost unfriendliness, coupled with rude and condescending behavior. Her lack of attention was so apparent that we speculated whether she was preoccupied or disinterested, even jokingly suggesting she might be romantically involved with the owner. The situation went from bad to worse when Juliana failed to return for our order, leaving us bewildered and frustrated.

In our own experience of running a restaurant, we understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. Recognizing Juliana's shortcomings, we approached another staff member, who graciously took over our service. To our dismay, it was confirmed that our dissatisfaction wasn't isolated; other customers were also expressing their grievances about Juliana's demeanor.

Whether it was due to our race, personal dislike, or a general lack of professionalism, we couldn't pinpoint the cause of Juliana's behavior. Unfortunately, this has led us to the decision that Twin Peaks at 10177 N Kings Hwy will not see our patronage again.

We hope this review serves as a constructive critique for the management to address issues related to customer service. Discrimination or poor treatment of customers should never be tolerated, and we believe it is essential to share our experience to prevent others, especially those of color, from encountering similar discomfort at Twin Peaks.

In summary, our rating for Twin Peaks at 10177 N Kings Hwy is a resounding F++, primarily due to Juliana's unprofessional and...
