Today 06/26/2021 I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Zenobia went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations by really making my sons morning by filling our breakfast order about 15 minutes after breakfast had ended. Just about any other employee probably would’ve told me sorry ma’am our breakfast is closed but Zenobia listen to my concerns when I asked if there was any way they could possibly have just my sons order who was really looking forward to his mini bites this morning and hashbrowns. Zenobia magically put together the breakfast order with class and ease and repeatedly thanked me for my business! Way to go Chick-fil-A Zenobia is definitely a keeper!!! I will gratefully and happily return with renewed faith! 😍🙏
Attempted to get my son breakfast this morning by pick up. Order 10 count mini and 4 count mini with sweet tea. Per the usual , since the last few months , their parking lot was a complete insane disaster with the line running out the parking lot into the street so I parked across the street and walked over to a pick up spot number two and was standing in the number two spot . two guys in a car decided to almost ran me over to take my spot after I had already logged the number two spot as my pick up destination . One of the workers , she was very nice ,and was attempting to try to get me my meal quickly because I explained to her that I was running late for work and my son was very hungry so I would like for him to be able to have breakfast and she was doing her best to get me my meal as quickly as possible. She came out to tell me that she no longer could find my order due to the fact that the number two spot had been locked for the order from the guys that drove up on me and try to hit me with their car. The worker said she would do her best to find my order but most likely I would have to place a new order because my order had been dumped due to the overlap of the number two space. I then saw Rachel the manager and tried to explain my situation to her (mind you I had watched her for about 15 mins and she had a smile and nice demeanor for everyone else) but she very quickly shut me down and did not want to hear anything I had to say it was very obvious that she was extremely overworked and busy she had no polite customer service manner and did not care one iota about my situation or the fact that I have been bullied by the two men in the car that attempted to hit me while I was waiting for my food. Rachel very quickly and sharply informed me that she was backed up with at least 13 to 14 orders off screen and there was no way for her to be able to tell what order was mine even though I had calmly given her my name when I started explaining my situation nor did I raise my voice or act angry I simply explained that the two men had rudely and unfairly taking my spot in line to pick up my order. She then asked what my name was again and a very puffed and rushed tone and I just gave up and said cancel the order so now the two guys that were jerks get to win and my son gets to have no breakfast I’ll tell you what I’m not coming back to this Chick-fil-A anymore you guys are the worst. Plus the last time I was there they didn’t even put the large fry in my order called and told them they didn’t put the large fry in my order that I paid for was assured that I would be given a free fry on my account never received any free fry never was able to gain that back even after explaining my situation at a later visit to try to gain my free fry bag that I had already paid for again I don’t know how you guys get the best customer service rating out there but you certainly haven’t shown me any customer service what so ever. Read moreWorst location I've ever been to! They ran out of Lemonade so I was asked if I wanted tea as a substitute once I got up to the window. I had already been waiting about 15 minutes, but I was okay with the wait bc I knew they were busy. Regardless though, I asked if we could have the milkshake instead, thoroughly intending to pay the price difference, but concerned if they had the time to make it due to cars behind us as well. The manager very loudly proclaimed to the associate at the window when asked about making the adjustment, "A milkshake?! That's not the same price! What you can do is refund them their money for the lemonade and then they can buy the milkshake!" This should have been handled completely different. I understand it was late into the evening and she was probably tired, however, we all know and love the Chick-fil-A customer obsession motto and this was far from that. I understand completely on the difference of price and was willing to pay for it, she could have just communicated that calmly like an adult and/or someone who is in management position that is.
To top it off, once we got the food, it was missing the cheese we paid extra for on a sandwich along with sauces. The chicken nuggets tasted bad and that's hard to admit. We love Chick-fil-A but this location needs some serious improvement. I'd like to hope this was just a one off experience, but I'm not sure I'm willing to waste another $20-$25 to find out. Our dinner was cold and very disappointing for what we paid for.
I will never plan to go to this location again simply due to the lack of customer service...
Read moreI came into tonight after working a 12+ hour shift and when I tell you it was an awful day, it’s an understatement. I never thought I would write a review but I truly felt like the recognition was due. Fabiana and Miss B (Bev I believe?) from out front really went above and beyond in making me feel appreciated and taken care of. Miss B took my order outside and actually took time out of her shift to talk to me about my steering wheel cover. I let her know that her smile was truly such a breath of fresh air after a long day and she lifted my spirits and talked with me throughout the ordering process (: When I got to the drive through window, Fabiana was smiling and talked to me personally while we waited for my food to be finished up. I told her about my experience with Miss B and how she made my day and she felt bad about my long day. Without even hesitating she comes back to the window with an ice cream cone and told me that she hopes I have a great day tomorrow. It was such a small instance with both of these amazing women and I truly can’t express how thankful I am to have interacted with them both. They really made me feel so much better and provided above and beyond customer service. Thank you CFA but especially Miss B...
