I recently took my family here and unfortunately had a very bad experience that should not have occurred.
We have an 8 yo daughter who threw her club down and had a meltdown after the 2nd hole and starting crying uncontrollably due to her not playing as well as the rest of us. She has behavior problems and was way out of line. She wouldn't leave the course but also wouldn't go with us to play so I had to hold her hand and pull her out of here. People were waiting to play behind us so I had to take her back to the car to cool off, not sure if we would be able to play again. We were both walking, no one was on the ground or anything.
The employee at the front desk called the police on me for child abuse. A few minutes later, we did all start playing again and while on the 6th or 7th hole and the police came and questioned me and my family about the incident. The police reviewed the DVR video recordings and didn't see anything out of line from a normal parent disciplining their child and left.
I know my daughter didn't behave well on the course but to call the police on me for removing her so other people could play is way out of line on their end. My poor daughter has been crying all night wanting to know why the police questioned her. She is literally traumatized from this incident which was made worse by the actions of the front...
Read moreWe usually LOVE Molten Mountain as we go there almost every year. We went to the outdoor course a few days ago and had fun. HOWEVER, we just went to the indoor course as it's a rainy day. It's always stuffy and humid when its hot or rainy out, leaving me to think the ventilation is lacking. When we were paying today, the lady answered the phone and told the person that there are "no limits to the number of people" that can use the indoor course. (During a COVID situation). I made my teens wear masks and we were the ONLY ones wearing them. People were not social distancing when traffic backed up at holes and it was busy. And again, the ventilation isn't the best. We will not do the indoor course until this is all over. Don't do the indoor course if you are high risk. No one cared. Also, the ladies' bathroom (at 1 pm) was a mess with the toilet paper rolls all over the floor. Very...
Read moreI came prepared to appease the goddess Pele, live human sacrifice in hand, only to be met with a concrete mountain spewing red-dyed water. However, it looks like a volcano, spews like a volcano, and (after much analysis) tastes like a volcano, so I guess it's good enough. I chucked a child into one of the pools. Pele has blessed me ever since, and the police have chased me ever since. I am forever grateful for the ease and availability of your volcano services and will be returning regularly with new sacrifices. For future refrence, does your volcano accept cows and goats? Human children are becoming increasingly hard to catch. Oh yeah, and the complimentary mini golf is nice too. I especially liked the funny signs that hinted at my violent lava-filled demise every other hole. Who knew the gods punished bad golfing so severely! They must take that stuff more seriously than the average...
