Being in Mytrle Beach with my family on vacation our youngest 2 children never got to play golf, being a attraction area they are a lot to choose from, as always we depend on Google to help with that! Needless to say I did not see very good reviews for this place but we took our chance anyways because our son wanted to go see the volcano with what he called green slim (haha) So I have to do a review to allow others to know this place is not as bad as I had read! They was very clean and good customer service! I do agree on the holes, they do have a malfunction of some sort, you can definitely see it when you hit the ball and right around the hole it gets alil bumpy? Or off sorta... But it was a great experience for our children, they loved it and we had fun.. I love how they throw in the little game to play as well, my son got a kick out of hitting the ball with one hand, standing on one foot etc.

Perfect place when you want to play golf but it's super hot out. Nice course. Friendly staff. Samr proceed as every other course in the area. We opted not to do both courses and just stayed inside but we could have added the second course for $2.00 for adults ($10.00 per game for adults/$8.50 for children under 10). They serve liquor and was easy to take cans with us on the course that we purchased when we started. The greens are super fast and some are extremely challenging. There are stairs so if you have mobility issues please keep this in mind as you have to go up and down approximately 2 flights. Bmachine takes your ball at the end of the game. Of the 8 people we had 1 was a winner and it's for a pass for unlimited play at another location in MB with no expiration. Overall would go back and recommend.

We loved the air-conditioned indoor course! Didn't try the out-in-the-heat course. On the way in they have koi for you to feed and the water is tinted red (as opposed to blue/green like most courses) to mimic lava which is cool. The problem with it is that in the fountain areas it looks pink like a strawberry milkshake or Pepto. Inside the course is fun and the ambiance is perfectly set using various decor and lighting effects. Having to climb stairs was a huge surprise, but not bad for 3 able-bodied people. Others may have a problem with it. My wife did win a free game on the ball return at the end. I've read other reviews say people never win, but that is not the case. Overall, it's a great course. Just short of 5 stars, more like a 4.4 or something. I'd recommend it and we'll return ourselves.

I recently took my family here and unfortunately had a very bad experience that should not have occurred.

We have an 8 yo daughter who threw her club down and had a meltdown after the 2nd hole and starting crying uncontrollably due to her not playing as well as the rest of us. She has behavior problems and was way out of line. She wouldn't leave the course but also wouldn't go with us to play so I had to hold her hand and pull her out of here. People were waiting to play behind us so I had to take her back to the car to cool off, not sure if we would be able to play again. We were both walking, no one was on the ground or anything.

The employee at the front desk called the police on me for child abuse. A few minutes later, we did all start playing again and while on the 6th or 7th hole and the police came and questioned me and my family about the incident. The police reviewed the DVR video recordings and didn't see anything out of line from a normal parent disciplining their child and left.

I know my daughter didn't behave well on the course but to call the police on me for removing her so other people could play is way out of line on their end. My poor daughter has been crying all night wanting to know why the police questioned her. She is literally traumatized from this incident which was made worse by the actions of the front...

We usually LOVE Molten Mountain as we go there almost every year. We went to the outdoor course a few days ago and had fun. HOWEVER, we just went to the indoor course as it's a rainy day. It's always stuffy and humid when its hot or rainy out, leaving me to think the ventilation is lacking. When we were paying today, the lady answered the phone and told the person that there are "no limits to the number of people" that can use the indoor course. (During a COVID situation). I made my teens wear masks and we were the ONLY ones wearing them. People were not social distancing when traffic backed up at holes and it was busy. And again, the ventilation isn't the best. We will not do the indoor course until this is all over. Don't do the indoor course if you are high risk. No one cared. Also, the ladies' bathroom (at 1 pm) was a mess with the toilet paper rolls all over the floor. Very...

I came prepared to appease the goddess Pele, live human sacrifice in hand, only to be met with a concrete mountain spewing red-dyed water. However, it looks like a volcano, spews like a volcano, and (after much analysis) tastes like a volcano, so I guess it's good enough. I chucked a child into one of the pools. Pele has blessed me ever since, and the police have chased me ever since. I am forever grateful for the ease and availability of your volcano services and will be returning regularly with new sacrifices. For future refrence, does your volcano accept cows and goats? Human children are becoming increasingly hard to catch. Oh yeah, and the complimentary mini golf is nice too. I especially liked the funny signs that hinted at my violent lava-filled demise every other hole. Who knew the gods punished bad golfing so severely! They must take that stuff more seriously than the average...
