Do adults even work at sonic anymore? Wow! I really hate to do this review. However, it needs to be said; this is my official review over a 2 week period at different times requesting different items. Please note I am writing this review while waiting on my two sweet tea's that were already delivered to me in the form of unsweet tea. Maybe there is a sugar shortage (along with the coin shortage) that I am unaware of being the reason for this mistake. If it gets remedied before posting this please also note the additional star I will have given this review. Where do I start? Day one of, what was going to be my official review, the ball was dropped when Brandon gave my food to the car beside me. Then Karen brought it out, ages after Brandon realized his mistake. With no receipt, go figure! Lol. However I decided to give them another chance two days later and ordered a breakfast sandwich. That was pre-ordered 7 minutes prior to my arrival that took an additional 18 minutes to arrive in my stall. I guess Dreads needed that smoke more than I needed my sandwich-i hope he wanted his hands before returning to work with all this Covid19 going around. Strike three came a few days later when my All new chicken slingers came with pickle, I mean why offer it without pickle if your going to give it to me how you intended on it being anyway. However this ends my review and the carhop still hasn't returned with my correct drinks at this time so TWO-STARS it is. I'd give it a 1.5 however there is an adult working today. Just saw Karen heading across the parking lot. No offense if your name isn't Karen, just profiling- and apparently that's rude in 2020, but what the he## YOLO. I don't mean for this review to bring negative publicity, just to inform others of my experience. And to once again prove to my wife, Why I hate sonic! Y'all stay cool in this heat. Read moreTwo separate employees lied to us about our DoorDash order. One was with the DoorDasher when he called to explain there was a glitch in the system and two different dashers would deliver our order plus the glitched order of more food. That was a lie because the second dasher with our original order never came. When we called sonic afterwards another employee would not let me explain what I thought happened, kept interrupting me to repeat my order back to me which was not the issue because I already confirmed that was my order, then told me that there was an UberEats order as well and that both cars took off without saying anything. Which was a lie, because our doordasher called us with an employee on the line before leaving. They offered for us to come down there but we declined and wanted a refund. (I have worked in fast food, yes it is possible to request a refund as the store on the DoorDash tablet you just have to go through support). They said it wasn’t possible and to go through DoorDash. Issue is, since restaurants down here mix our stuff up so often we often get refunds declined as it is the store’s responsibility, not Doordash’s. So they declined my request at first. I appealed it and got credits back, which wasn’t what I wanted as it wasn’t MY money that ordered it but obviously that’s all I can get.

Read moreI will NEVER try this place again. My boyfriend and I went to grab a quick bite. The girl who answered the intercom was unpleasant, and I felt extremely rushed as well as she asked if we wanted anything else and before I could take a second to think. She blurts out okay, your order will be out shortly.I felt like we were a bother to her. Who knows, but then as we receive our food by a very nice guy, I realize that my milkshake is marked as a different kind than I had ordered. I mention it, and he laughs and says " Wow, they did you dirty" and proceeds to hand me my receipt and walks away. If that was not enough, I then started to unpack the food to find hair in his chili cheese fries. Grossed out but understanding, I press the button to be greeted by the sound of the same unpleasant now irritated girl. I tell her we would like new due to what we found and she comes out and takes the stuff from me. We proceeded to eat the rest, and as I pulled out my tenders, I saw a hair wrapped around one. I press the button again to at this point tell her I think we will just go somewhere else. So my boyfriend brought everything back inside and when he had said something about not one but 2 hairs in our food. He was told, and I quote, " I mean, we're sorry, but just so you know, hairnets are not required." We only remember word for word due to how taken back we were be the gentlemans response.
