Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach

This review is my honest assessment on my food and service at this location. I have been to Jersey Mike's in NMB before but different location and wrote a review on that location. I have been to Jersey Mike's up and down the east coast. It is usually a good choice to grap something the kids will eat and you know it will taste good. Plus I am from Philly and I know Cheese Steaks. The young man who made the CS piled onions and peppers on the grill which being from Philly is not unusual for multiple sandwiches being made an divided, but for all of that to go on one and a half sandwiches is ridiculous and partially melted cheese on the bun. My kids were picking onions out of the food and have not mentioned JM again while in MB 14 days (still here). ( We were in Lancaster Pa. 3 days they ate JM 2 times while there putting things in contexts)

I rate the food 1 star Service is 3 stars due to other employees customer service. Some of the the young men seemed bothered by their job and customers from person taking orders to cook. The you man at the register was much better. I believe JM greets customers as they walk through the door but not here.

In closing check my reviews on Google. I stay away from writing bad reviews and I give an honest opinion based on my experience. With that said when customer service is(50%) half you job and good food is the the other (50%) half and you come up short on both something needs...

Normally this is my favorite quick spot for a great sandwich but Friday I stopped in for 2 #13 giants our favs but today was awful the young lady fixing sandwiches was a chatterbox with her two coworkers the cashier and the sandwich wrapper about how she wants the new apple Itouch or something and trying to see out the window and she had to constantly ask customers what did they say they wanted on their sandwiches because she forgot I guess she was too busy having a conversation with coworkers instead of giving the customers the attention they need and to top things off slinging someone's food is not a good look like I said this is one of my favorite spots when in myrtle beach but after this I know if I go there again and she is on sandwiches I will politely turn around Jersey Mike please discuss this with your staff they can have all the conversations they desire when the...

On Thursday, 04/29/2021, I wanted a steak sandwich like I had eaten in Philadelphia hundreds of times but I could not and did not know who in the Myrtle Beach area had a really good tasting cheese steak w/onions on a soft roll//// I ordered #56 Big Kahuna from Jersey Mike (515 hwy 17 North 29582) in North Myrtle Beach and I ordered a large #56 - WELL I will tell you that MONICA working the grill knew how to cook an excellent #56 and its not only the ingredients that are on the steak and the steak itself but how the steak is prepared and cooked for the great tasting roll .....
