Tasty ice cream! I got the "nachos" which is the reason I picked this place, I've never heard of waffle nachos before and it was delicious! My son picked the standard Superman which was good. It was $11 for our order which isn't bad. I deducted one star because we were the only ones in the store and it took 5 minutes to get our ice cream. I realize that isn't a lot of time but it just seemed weird that it took that long to scoop 3 scoops of ice cream and sprinkle toppings on. It was worth it though!

Came in this evening and the inside was clean and nicely air conditioned! One young guy took our orders while another girl was doing side work/ closing stuff while they still had an hour left. I think it would've been a more efficient visit if 2 staff took orders and made the ice cream bowls so that we all ate close to the same time. Some of us were done before others got their orders. Overall the ice cream was good, reasonably priced, and had a cute interior with lots of mermaid accents!

We asked to sample a couple flavors so our daughter could decide, and while we did, their attitude wasn’t very pleasant. The store wasn’t crowded at all, but unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

I've went here 3 times. The 1st time was wonderful, the staff was friendly, the ice cream was good, not a super long wait. The 2nd time they messed up my order (which would be understandable, but this time it wasn't), they put sprinkles on my banana split, even though the description of the split says nothing about sprinkles, I just accepted the ice cream, and moved on with life. Went here a 3rd time and ordered a banana split again hoping it'd be different, it was but this time the worker got annoyed after I asked for no sprinkles and she said "It doesn't come with sprinkles", I explained that the day before the girl put sprinkles on my ice cream. After I told her this she got annoyed and just walked away and went over to the payment area. Disappointing. But I guess the ice cream itself is okay, it melts really...

This was the absolute worse experience with customer service I have ever had. First off, some of the workers couldn’t understand basic english (if you can’t understand it you shouldn’t work there). Second, I wanted a banana split and they refused to do it. Third, I asked for a waffle cone, she then gives me a cup and gets mad whenever I told her I asked for the cone. Also tried charging me $18 for 2 scoops. This was the worse experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant that’s supposed to be a family environment. I will NEVER be back. I’m not one to rate bad reviews on places but this was pure awful!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. PS. The ice cream wasn’t even...

came because it was three minutes away and had great reviews first thing we noticed when we pulled in was it was packed full there seem to be no space inside and gave frat house vibes. Whoever helped me clearly wasn’t trained in customer service, they seemed frustrated in my confusion and with every question i asked. Then to top it off, we spent a total of 8.26 on a single cup and i mean cup of Ice cream, in a plastic cup with no lid and by the time we made it 3 minutes down the road it had completely melted. Not to mention the chunks of cookie dough and brownie taste better in Ben & Jerry’s. Safe to say we were...
