My family and I went there one time when they were super busy during the holiday. One of the employees jibbed my wife’s ice cream that she ordered by not giving her the correct amount of scoops. The employee gave her 2 scoops instead of 3 scoops. The employee jibbed another customer as well and when she confronted him, he just denied it and said that he knows that he put the correct amount. He didn’t offer to give me or the other customer another scoop or a refund. He said that he did put the correct amount for the order for the other customer and mine even though didn’t. We have been coming here for years!! This is my favorite stop if I want something nice and cold for a hot summer beach day! They have TONS of flavors and let you mix and match. If you get a refillable koozie you save some $ everytime you purchase which adds up. They also have a punch card if you use the koozies so that you get a free refill once you reach 10 I believe.
