Burger Guys — Restaurant in North Olmsted

Just returned from a mall visit with 2 of my children. I got 2 kiddie meals one chicken tenders one cheeseburger and I got a large cheese burger meal. Positive parts of the visit were the price and portion size. Decently priced and got for the most part the value for your buck. The quality was nothing short of abysmal. It wasn't clear wether condiments were available or toppings neither. The chicken strips in the kids meal was very cheap chicken and only 2 pieces at about 2 inches long. Great for my 2 year old daughter but if I were to get that for one of my older kids no way a kid would be full. The burgers tasted like ones from elementary school that came from restaurant depot with cheap cheese. The fries were worse I believe they were probably freshly cut but there was absolutely no salt added to it, they were just raw potatoes going into a fryer. In all fairness they did offer salt packets to season for your own taste so if you get fries make sure to grab your own seasonings because they don't season anything themselves. If you didn't want any of the 5 Chinese places or Mr. Hero then this place might be your place but next time I'll just grab McDonald's on the way home than waste my time and leave...

I was wondering why no one was ordering anything from this place inside the mall. All the other eateries were crowded but not one person was at Burger Guys except myself. I should have known better. The young gentleman just kept watching the people in the mall and did not seem interested in working at this eatery. I ordered a medium hamburger and medium fry. I told him I would like all the free condiments but no jalapenos. I ended up with 3 patties on a bun with alot of jalapenos and he forgot to make my fries which I had to remind him. I am sure he is a nice young man but was more interested in people watching. This eatery will not be making money any time soon. A young teenager came by to order but after several minutes he left because the young man at the eatery was not interested in turning around to see if there were any other customers. Maybe this young worker needs more training. ...

Went to the mall tonight and finally tried the burgers here. 🤤🤤🤤 Oh my they were EXACTLY what I wanted. I ordered the 4oz cheeseburger, no fries, and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. It was amazing. While the gentleman was making my milkshake I started dancing bc it looks soooooo good. I found my husband in the food court and when I opened my bag and pulled out my burger I was so excited to eat it. Upon first bite, my eyes rolled back into my head and I started dancing in my seat. 10/10 would recommend. I will ABSOLUTELY be back and need to remember to get my burger in a pita.
