Some of the worst service I have ever experienced!

I was in town for a family wedding, found this place not far from the hotel and I wish I hadn't.... some of the worst service I had ever recieved... the Bartender Kelly did not seem like she cared to be there... was not very friendly at all either. It felt vary stand offish. I almost felt like we were a burden to her because we weren't a regular, or she hadn't seen us ever before (and we will never return)!

I personally ordered chips and salsa as an app that took over 20 minutes to recieve with the 3 burgers and other meal we ordered coming out about 2 minutes later (all three burgers were MR)... I only ordered these due to the fact of how hungry I was thinking that chips and salsa takes almost no time to prepare. Another patron at the bar ordered food 5 or so minutes after us and received his chicken wings at the same time I got my chips and salsa. Two of the burgers we had were Bison that was very bland in flavor in my opinion. We never received silverware until having to ask for it and between 4 people got a total of 4 napkins.

My beer was empty (maybe 1 small sip left) from the time I recieved my food and was never asked if I'd like another (might be because she didn't want to walk inside to pour it).

We had to ask for the bill after sitting with our empty plates and drinks in front of us for some time. The chips and salsa were still on there even after waiting for so long for them.. I personally serve tables and would have had my manager take care of it before ever giving the bill to a customer because of the wait time.. when I brought it to Kelly's attention her response was "K do you want it off then?".

The one bright spot here was they had Labbatt...

I went to Harry Buffalo 1/1/2023 with a group of friends. We all got our food but my mac and cheese was cold to the touch. I mentioned it to my friend and he touched the bowl. He agreed that it was cold. I was going to just power through it but when our waitress Brooke came, he asked about it. She was very nice and took it back and got it heated up. It was fairly quick because there weren't that many people in at the time we went in. Everything was good until we paid because Brooke was cut early. I didn't tip her, simple as that. My friends on the other hand, did tip her. Another waitress came to serve us after Brooke and we continued to chit chat and whatnot. The hostess came back to the table with the check that I already paid for and questioned me on the service. I let her know what happened and she placed the check on the table. She then tells me that this made Brooke very distressed and upset. She looked over to where Brooke was and she was crying. I told her that I was finished ordering effective at that moment. I have never had that happen to me. So she walks away and gathered with the other waitresses and talked for awhile with them glancing at our table. It was so uncomfortable that my friend that verified that the mac and cheese was cold tried ordering something but even our own waitress didn't show back up for up for a while. He had to get up and order something at the bar. He then left an additional tip. I told him that he didn't need to do that, I decided not to tip. I have never seen anyone do that before. It...

First & Last Visit! After being seated and waiting ((several)) minutes for our presence to be acknowledged (while our waitress "Gina" conversed & laughed with her visiting acquaintances), we were finally able to place our dine in order. As soon as she came to our table,. I announced that we were 1st time patrons, visiting from out of town. Most waitresses/waiters appreciate this advisement, as it encourages them to provide the best service experience. Not Gina! First,..her presentation left quite a bit to be desired. She appeared very dirty, especially her full abdomen area, as it widely leaned over our table. After clearly explaining the salad topping that needed to be omitted from the salad due to allergies, Gina returned to the table, with a salad that contained the allergen toppings? She asked that we pick out what we didn't want & after we advised again of allergies, she opted to replace the salad. Gina was extremely inattentive during our visit and regularly walked down the aisle COUGHING with her mouth UNCOVERED! One time, it was done over an uncovered pitcher of Pink Lemonade that she was carrying to provide refills?? She (didn't even try) to cover her cough with her inner arm. There were also a few insects flying around the restaurant, which also added to our terrible experience. Lastly, our food was NOT good. I couldn't even eat my sandwich as it was extremely soggy with oil soaked bread. The entire experience was "Grossly Terrible" 🤢🤮and we will we NEVER visit this...
