I was recommended this place by one of the Cleveland food reviewers that try new/fun places in the Cleveland area. I love Vietnamese food and pho is really good.

I got the “Build Your Own” Pho with rice noodles and beef brisket (extra as well). The portions were very nice and the food was excellent.

The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because my unsweetened black tea was $3.99 and you don’t get free refills. I get for the special drinks (which they have a huge selection of that all look delicious) it would make sense not to have free refills for that, but my unsweetened black tea with lemon shouldn’t be part of that. It was really good too and I was so thirsty after enjoying the pho because it was hot and a little spicy with the sliced jalapeños I put in the pho. So I had to conserve my drink since I didn’t want to pay another $3.99 plus tax and they did give me water, but it tasted like cucumbers. I like cucumber water, but I want to know that’s what I’m drinking before I have it. It really wasn’t something I wanted to drink at that moment. I’m not even sure it was cucumber water either.

The service was great and they were quick to serve me. I have no complaints or concerns whatsoever there. The host was also very kind when I walked in. I would’ve had to wait for a clean table, but I was by myself so I sat at the bar. I wouldn’t have minded waiting, but I was very hungry.

I would definitely recommend this place and I got the deal for coming before September ended, so be prepared to spend a little more than what I did. Mine was a good $20, which I thought wasn’t bad. I know next time it will be more and I hope they give exceptions to unsweetened black tea to have free refills because that would push...

We went for an early dinner on Saturday. The appetizers were really good. I have to say the service we experienced was bad. The sever did not understand English at all. We had to point to everything we wanted, which was fine, except for our drinks we order from a menu that had photos or the different beverages, he got a stawberry lemonadeand I ordered a purple one, the sever came back twice to verify our drink oder. My husband's food came out pretty fast, he ordered a grilled pork dish. I order just the regular pho my dish never came, we asked about it. My dish finally came by a different sever and our sever brought the check at the same time. I asked for a to go dish. First they gave me a little tiny bowl. When I asked for something bigger. They put the broth with the noodles in the same bowl. When we got home. It was all soggy mushy noodles because they absorbed all the broth. The birth was lacking the favors that you usually have at a...

The first and last time I came here! The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. on Sundays. I arrived at 12 p.m., sat at a table, and the waiter brought us water. Then we waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally came to ask if we had ordered food yet. We were ready to order some appetizers while waiting for our relatives to arrive, but the dishes I wanted were unavailable because they had no shrimp. They also didn’t even ask if we wanted more water.

After waiting another 15 minutes, I saw a staff member just standing around doing nothing, so I called them over. But they said they weren’t a server, only cleaning up. The customers sitting next to us were also upset because of the slow service.

There were 4 of us, and we ordered 5 portions of food, but the service was very strange. Every 10 minutes they brought out just one dish—so one person ate while the others just watched. The dipping sauces were delicious, but the main dishes were...

I found some legit pho and Vietnamese food in north Olmsted Ohio! Build the pho @buildthepho is connected to the great northern mall and the atmosphere is such a vibe! They had amazing dumplings, shrimp rolls with peanut sauce, delicious authentic pho, mouth watering boba teas and more traditional Vietnamese dishes! Looking for some fresh authentic Vietnamese flavors this is your spot! Highly recommend. #buildthepho #vietnamesefood #pho #foodreview #northolmstedohio
