We arrived at the restaurant approximately 7:30 pm and waited about 15 minutes to be greeted by our waitress. The restaurant was not crowded at all, so we couldn’t understand the reason for the delay. Because we had waited so long and were exhausted from our commute back home from the west coast today, we ordered EVERYTHING at once when she finally came to the table. We waited about another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. When the gentleman brought them out, we watched him take our drinks to the wrong table twice before realizing they were ours and giving them to us. Because he never sat them down at the incorrect tables, we didn’t make much of a stir about it. About another 20 minutes later (there’s a theme here), we watched as our soups were brought out and again, taken to the wrong table! This time, they were sat down at the table of another party and a conversation was had between they and the waitress. Keep in mind this is the same waitress that took both my table AND the wrong party’s table’s order. After realizing her mistake, she proceeded to pick our bowls up from their table, and bring them to our table. I immediately informed her that we had no interest in accepting food from another table and that we would like new bowls. She understood , and left to get new soups for us. Meanwhile, another 15 minutes had passed and now our entrees had arrived. We still had not had our soup nor our salads. We brought this to her attention and she apologized again. As we finished with our entrees, she returned with both our soup and salads- items that are SUPPOSED to proceed the entrees! At this point, we really felt as if we needed to speak to the manager. She apologized and addressed the situation. Our waitress returned and asked if we’d like more bread to go when collecting our dishes. She returned, and we asked for boxes. Again, she asked us if we wanted some biscuits to take with us and we said sure. She returned about ten minutes later with only our boxes. I inquired about the bread she had asked us about and she looked confused. I explained that she’d offered us bread to-go a few trips to the table ago. I noticed her face light up as she remembered the conversation. She returned with boxes and bags (still no biscuits). I had a gift card that I needed to use for payment. I showed her the number and she wrote it down. She returned on multiple occasions stating that she couldn’t get the card to go through. I was puzzled, so I checked the balance on Red Lobster’s gift card site. The balance was there. I literally had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender to run the card. It worked. By this time, the restaurant is about to close. Exhausted, my wife and I packed up our items that came out of sequence and left. Still no biscuits that were offered and promised to us on four different occasions.
What I CAN say is that the poor experience was not the fault of the kitchen at all. The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was just a shame a tasty meal was ruined by poor service and that we couldn’t enjoy it the way it was meant. Not sure if it was because our waitress either had troubles with her memory, or listed our kitchen ticket under the wrong table number. Regardless, it was enough of a headache to make this a very poor experience. Regardless, it was enough of a headache to make this a very...

Read moreWe were a party of 3 with a reservation made 2 days in advance. The reservation was for 6:30. We got there at 6:10. She said it would be just a moment. We waited. At about 6:25 this large group walked in and stood extremely close to the host podium including one woman who was right beside the hostess. They stood there arguing about a table for 20 until 6:42 when they finally moved and I went up to ask when we would be seated. She said again it would be just a moment. The large party bullied their way in again and was told it would be 40 minutes. They continued to ask about their party of 20 even though they were told multiple times the restaurant couldn't seat that many at one table. At 6:55 I went to a different hostess to ask how many people were ahead of us since I had a reservation for 6:30 and was there 20 minutes early. They said oh we can seat you right now... Like um what? Then before we even got our drink order in, the large party was seated right next to us... Now why did this incredibly rude group of people get priority seating? Our server was very nice and our food was hot and prompt and decent. But the experience waiting for the table was enough for me to never go back there again. I would have never sat those rude people if I was the hostess. I certainly wouldn't have made it a priority to seat them ahead of everyone else just because they were being rude. I honestly felt bad for the hostess and the whole thing just gave me...
