We had a pretty good experience this evening. We ordered the mozzarella sticks to start out with. There was a pretty nice portion, probably could have been cooked a tad.bit longer the breading wasn't so much crispy but kinda falling apart. The cheese was nice and melty. The cheddar bay busquits were so fresh and delicious. My daughter ordered the waygu bacon cheese burger w fries. I really wanted steak and crab legs but since that isnt combo i ordered the ultimate feast. Lobster shrimp crab legs. W sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli. The lobster tail tasted like It was cooked just a little too long, the shrimp was okay and the crab legs were tender and delicious. It was a pretty generous portion. If I would have known the crab legs would have been so perfect I would have just ordered a platter of those. And we finished off with the chocolate wave for my bday dessert. It was served very chilled and chocolate sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The chocolate was rich with many layers of frosting and cake and and chocolate chips on the outside over the frosting. Very delicious bday dinner. Our server was also very attentive.

Our visit on July 17 was our best thus far. My son has autism and had been asking to go to Red Lobster just to see the lobsters in the tank. We finally went; we were seated fast. Hope was our waitress and her service was on point and she was very accomodating. My son has a special diet and wouldn't eat anything off the kids' menu. She made it work out for him. Manager came by to make sure everything was going well. Upon leaving, a gentlemen host offered to show my son a lobster and it absolutely made my son's day when he got to touch it. He kept going on until bedtime and when he woke up about not believing that he touched a lobster 😄. I wish I knew the host's name because that was really nice of him. The manager was standing nearby with a somber look, so I hope that was okay because I always appreciate someone who goes out of their way to make my special needs son happy! Of course, the food was great. Lobster langostino pizza, grilled salmon and ultimate feast did not disappoint. Love me some crab legs. Drinks were great. The chocolate wave cake was a party in my mouth. Thank you!

Took my wife here for the endless shrimp which is pretty hard to mess up, which constitutes the 2 stars. But overall experience is poor and probably never come back to this location. She got the Shrimp and I got the Fish and Chips with a bowl of lobster bisque. Initially we were brought out doughy biscuits. Then they brought out the bisque just moments before our meals. As I said shrimp is hard to mess up. The fish and chip is another story. 1 single piece of fish and a handful of fries maybe equivalent to a small fry at McDonald's with a bowl of awful Cole slaw.(see picture that a posted in the picture area) and to boot the 1 piece of fish was terrible. A McDonald's fish patty would have been better. Buyer beware that all I am saying. Manager stopped by our table we expressed the above concerns he was very unapologetic and offered no resolution.

We arrived at the restaurant approximately 7:30 pm and waited about 15 minutes to be greeted by our waitress. The restaurant was not crowded at all, so we couldn’t understand the reason for the delay. Because we had waited so long and were exhausted from our commute back home from the west coast today, we ordered EVERYTHING at once when she finally came to the table. We waited about another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. When the gentleman brought them out, we watched him take our drinks to the wrong table twice before realizing they were ours and giving them to us. Because he never sat them down at the incorrect tables, we didn’t make much of a stir about it. About another 20 minutes later (there’s a theme here), we watched as our soups were brought out and again, taken to the wrong table! This time, they were sat down at the table of another party and a conversation was had between they and the waitress. Keep in mind this is the same waitress that took both my table AND the wrong party’s table’s order. After realizing her mistake, she proceeded to pick our bowls up from their table, and bring them to our table. I immediately informed her that we had no interest in accepting food from another table and that we would like new bowls. She understood , and left to get new soups for us. Meanwhile, another 15 minutes had passed and now our entrees had arrived. We still had not had our soup nor our salads. We brought this to her attention and she apologized again. As we finished with our entrees, she returned with both our soup and salads- items that are SUPPOSED to proceed the entrees! At this point, we really felt as if we needed to speak to the manager. She apologized and addressed the situation. Our waitress returned and asked if we’d like more bread to go when collecting our dishes. She returned, and we asked for boxes. Again, she asked us if we wanted some biscuits to take with us and we said sure. She returned about ten minutes later with only our boxes. I inquired about the bread she had asked us about and she looked confused. I explained that she’d offered us bread to-go a few trips to the table ago. I noticed her face light up as she remembered the conversation. She returned with boxes and bags (still no biscuits). I had a gift card that I needed to use for payment. I showed her the number and she wrote it down. She returned on multiple occasions stating that she couldn’t get the card to go through. I was puzzled, so I checked the balance on Red Lobster’s gift card site. The balance was there. I literally had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender to run the card. It worked. By this time, the restaurant is about to close. Exhausted, my wife and I packed up our items that came out of sequence and left. Still no biscuits that were offered and promised to us on four different occasions.

What I CAN say is that the poor experience was not the fault of the kitchen at all. The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was just a shame a tasty meal was ruined by poor service and that we couldn’t enjoy it the way it was meant. Not sure if it was because our waitress either had troubles with her memory, or listed our kitchen ticket under the wrong table number. Regardless, it was enough of a headache to make this a very poor experience. Regardless, it was enough of a headache to make this a very...

Zade at Red Lobster epitomized outstanding service through a remarkable combination of poise, politeness, and unwavering attentiveness. From the moment we were seated, he conducted himself with a poised demeanor that immediately set a positive tone for our dining experience. His politeness was evident in every interaction, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as customers.

Truly what set Zade apart was his remarkable ability to allocate attention to every table equally. Despite a bustling environment, he managed to make each patron feel like a priority. Zade's attentiveness wasn't just a formality; it was a genuine commitment to ensuring that everyone had an exceptional dining experience.

Honestly most places nowadays it is hard to find good service let alone have the expectation of good service met. Zade surpassed those expectations by embodying a level of dedication and professionalism that elevated our entire dining experience. His poise, politeness, attentiveness, and insightful recommendations collectively made for an unforgettable evening at Red Lobster. Zade is undoubtedly an asset to the establishment, and his exceptional service deserves commendation

He served both me and my mom and made sure that not only were our meals amazing but that also did night as well so thank you Zade. My mother has gone to Red lobster with my father up until he passed in 2021 and not only does she love the place, but also the memories that come with the...

We were a party of 3 with a reservation made 2 days in advance. The reservation was for 6:30. We got there at 6:10. She said it would be just a moment. We waited. At about 6:25 this large group walked in and stood extremely close to the host podium including one woman who was right beside the hostess. They stood there arguing about a table for 20 until 6:42 when they finally moved and I went up to ask when we would be seated. She said again it would be just a moment. The large party bullied their way in again and was told it would be 40 minutes. They continued to ask about their party of 20 even though they were told multiple times the restaurant couldn't seat that many at one table. At 6:55 I went to a different hostess to ask how many people were ahead of us since I had a reservation for 6:30 and was there 20 minutes early. They said oh we can seat you right now... Like um what? Then before we even got our drink order in, the large party was seated right next to us... Now why did this incredibly rude group of people get priority seating? Our server was very nice and our food was hot and prompt and decent. But the experience waiting for the table was enough for me to never go back there again. I would have never sat those rude people if I was the hostess. I certainly wouldn't have made it a priority to seat them ahead of everyone else just because they were being rude. I honestly felt bad for the hostess and the whole thing just gave me...
