I had placed several calls to other watch and jewelry shops for assistance before calling Ashcroft & Oak. I was connected with Kaylee who gave me great information and if I had time to swing by would further assist me herself or get me to where I needed to go.
At the store she was courteous, professional, and attentive. She immediately addressed my primary concern of the day. She did a great job overall, was a great conversationalist and demonstrated finesse with her work. I left the store knowing more than I did when I entered and thats something I love.
I casually mentioned I was looking for some earrings. But I had a lot of questions concerning clasp, style, material, size, etc. She immediately transitioned into helping me find the item. She found styles outside of my initial thoughts and we narrowed it down. She grabbed display styles and we found the size. And when I found a style I liked but wanted it in a different color, she made an inquiry with the manufacturer and sorted it on the spot.
This is the epitome of what I could hope for in a customer service interaction. And frankly, is something missing in today's world. She far exceeded my expectations. I had zero intent to make a purchase that day. But she solved my initial problem, sorted all my earring questions and saved me tons of headaches. There was zero pressure to make a purchase at all. She is also well-read and informed on the current market for precious metals and stones.

1.) Went a few months ago for an engagement ring for my then girlfriend. Sammy helped us find and purchase a beautiful engagement ring at a great price. She listened and was knowledgeable. It was a great decision because it made me and my girlfriend the happiest people on earth. Also purchased the protection plan, which was worth it because it doesnât involve any 6-month inspections or anything like that.
2.) Purchased a ring for myself for our wedding. I canât remember the name of the person who helped us, but she was also amazing. Very easy process and also went with a protection plan, which may not have been worth it for the ring at its cost but better safe than sorry. Still, very pleased with the experience and that leads us toâŚ
3.) This last purchase, with the help of Sammy again, we purchased a custom wedding band for my now-fiancĂŠ with diamond and citrine. She spent almost an hour helping us make this decision and customize it for us through their website. She helped us stay within our budget without sacrificing quality and we couldnât be happier. We also purchased the protection plan along with earrings for my fiancĂŠ and itâs safe to say this is our spot for jewelry going forward. The store manager also helped us today and wow was she knowledgeable!

   Read moreMy husband went to the Great Northern location to surprise me by purchasing a new ring for our anniversary. while he was there a sales Associate assumed he needed financing for a purchase and she told him to fill out a form, he was denied financing so he called me to ask if he was supposed to fill out a form to buy something and I told him No thatâs for people that donât have cash or a credit card to make a purchase (which he did) and in doing so They caused more damage to his credit score that was being fixed.. And I told him he should explain that he has cash on hand and wants the application canceled.To which they told him they were going to remove the inquiry so that he could proceed making the purchase.. He asked the sales rep some questions about the ring to which she told him they wanted $1,000 dollars for a silver ring with cubic zirconia stones so he didnât purchase anything.. this Saturday we received corespondents stating that they couldnât over turn it Iâm sure itâs cause he changed his mind about buying from there. He traveled back home to NY and Purchased this beautiful ring for me... Iâm glad asscrock...
