If I could rate no stars I would. Do not go here after 8pm. Upon entering the drive - thru (915pm) I had my order taken and proceeded to pay with ease in an empty drive - thru so we thought it would be fast. I continued to the next window where a lady came and asked me if we had yet been helped yet, after already sitting outside the window for a moment. (It didnt seem like the team was talking to each other nor were they working as a team) She confirmed my order and asked me to pull up to the 2nd window so they could complete my order. We waited for at least 5 minutes for them to bring me a bag. The employee asked me if everything in the bag looked correct (they have the receipt and the bag before they even put it out the window.. isn't that their job to know?) Upon searching the bag to check my order I discovered only 4 out of 7 items I ordered were correct. I gave the lady back the bag and she said shed fix it for us. We continued to wait another 10 minutes while 6 cars went around us or had their bags ran out to them. When the lady finally brought us back our bag, I rolled my window down and she said "here ya go" , closed the window quickly and walked away without confirming everything was fixed and correct. As my husband checked the bags everything was marked correctly on the outside of the burgers and we were very hungry so we continued home to our family. When I got home I had ordered 2 of my burgers specialty because I do not eat onions and mustard. Although my burgers were marked only ketchup extra pickles, my burger was smothered in onions and mustard and seemed like both of the burgers were slapped together. I took pictures of both of my burgers with the labels on them and plan to post. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, I was originally explaining this entire experience to a man who claimed to be the manager on shift. He said "Uhhh I'm sorry" and did not offer to make anything right. So I asked him for an upper management number who owns that location and he told me "No" . Then he told me that I could speak to his assistant manager. Upon explaining my experience this lady was extremely rude, had an attitude with me and even argued the situation. I was enraged at this point because I spent my money there to be treated rudely over complaining that I am now starving when they checked my order twice! And not only one of my burgers was marked only ketchup and pickles... but 2 ... and they both were smothered in onions and mustard. Then for an assistant manager to cop an attitude and argue with a customer who had a poor experience was unprofessional and this location has lost me and my family's business because of this 1 experience. They did not offer anything but to comp me the 2 burgers of mine they messed. Read moreNot very impressed with my visit yesterday. I pull up to the intercom and the girl takes my order.. about 5 times. I had to repeat myself 5 times to get my order straight on the screen. I get up to the cashier window and the girl there barely acknowledged that i was there and was very grabby with my card. I can understand its a weeknight you're probably a highschool student but thats the job you signed up for. So after about 5 minutes I finally get up to the next window and made eye contact with the young man behind the window and he turned around and walked away, okay maybe hes helping make drinks or something. While I waited there were 2 cars behind me who left. After another 5 minutes I get told that they are waiting on fresh fries and asked mento pull up to the second window. No worries I get it. As i sit for another 10 minutes with no updates on whats going on and watching a total of 8 cars pull around me and leave. I finally get see someone in the window with a small mocha when i ordered a medium, which makes since considering my order was re said 5 times maybe she some how wtill managed to jack it up which she did. I said it was supposed to be medium and got a small. I was told (with an attitude) theres nothing she can do for me with that right now. Okay what ever I'll take my small. After another 5 minutes my food finally arrives. But I'm still missing 2 drinks. I checked all the food bags and all food was accounted for and food was delicious. Read moreUnprofessional night manager on 7/8/19 who was emotionally and verbally abusive to my grown daughter who has disabilities. She showed no empathy or accountability for her staff messing up on my daughter’s order not only once but twice!! We had just drove back home from being in Anchorage for my daughter’s medical appointments and she needed something to eat to take with her night meds buy she ended up getting so sick after this negative encounter with the night manager that she was unable to hold her meds down and we still had no food until I could get her home. Also, when I asked the manager to provide her District or Regional store managers name and number she became more belligerent with us and questioned me why and told us that she would contact her manager. In addition, this manager had no name tag on her uniform-which we thought was deliberate. I strongly discourage anyone from eating at this substandard McDonald’s location in North Pole, AK and I will be filing a formal grievance today with the McDonald’s headquarters and the American with Disabilities Act to ensure that no other patron has to endure this abusive treatment and...
