UPDATE: I did actually receive a new table top so I’ve updated to 2 stars. The lack of coordination and information prevented me from making a higher rating. I was called on a Thursday to tell me that the replacement would be there Friday, and I could come get it any time after 11, with one hour advanced notice. I called Saturday to go pick it up at which time I was told that they don’t do pick ups on the weekend. The lack of coordination and information between employees/departments was frustrating but I’m glad it’s over.
I went in and bought a dining room table in October and was told it was in stock and could be picked up the next day. The next day I got a call saying it was not in stock and would be in by the end of the month. At the end of the month I called and was told it would be by the end of November. When we finally got the table home and opened it one corner was smashed. I called the store and was told that someone would call me on Monday. When no one called me back, I tried calling the store and was sent to voicemail each time. I blocked my number and called and they answered! Because it was then obvious that they were dodging me, I went up to the store to talk to someone. I showed the manager the pictures of the table and they told me to file a claim online and it could take a month to hear back from the manufacturer. I filed a claim on November 9th and have not heard a thing from istylez. I called today to try to get an update on the claim and the lady said “I’m taking down your information, I’ll talk to the claims manager and call you back. Bye.” And basically hung up on me. I knew then I would never hear back from her or anyone else at the store. I’ll have to go back up there to get any kind of resolution because otherwise they’ll never give me any update. I highly doubt that they even submitted a claim to the manufacturer. I believe they just tried to placate me and hope that I would eventually give up. It’s unfortunate that they treat customers like this and feel like they don’t have any responsibility to the people that keep their business going....
Read moreSome months ago, I visited iSyle furniture at the Northfield Rd. Location. The store was beautiful, it had a wide variety of contemporary style furniture in a unique variety of colors. I was pleasantly greeted by a very professional sales person named Yana. Upon greeting me, Yana made me feel like my finding the right furniture choice, and accents if any to my satifaction was her priority. Keep in mind, I informed her that I was not buying that day....I was just looking for pieces to support my concept in designing a bedroom. Yana treated me like I had one million to spend right then. Yana showed me a variety of styles and colors according to what I requested. In addition, Yana gave me another perception in designing my bedroom with suggesting some different accents and furniture pieces that completed the desired look I had in mind. Yana's warm smile, professional courtesy, and knowledge of interior design are impeccable. In adittion the prcie that was quoted was fair and spot on when I returned to purchase my furniture. From my experience, everyone who works at iStyle demonstrates the epitome of customer service. Matt called me to schedule the delivery date for my furniture. He demonstrated the same quality of professionalism. In addition, scheduled my delivery based on when I was available. If you want some nice quality furniture, or accents....rugs, lighting, fireplaces, etc.; in some unique colors, at a fair price.....with no surprises, just excellent business: shop at...

Don't believe the lies in the response from the seller. I was available for every appointment they made, each being months apart, and the issue was never resolved. You can find the same furniture, including the bargain brand Ashley they sell, at any other furniture store for cheaper pricing. It's not hard to compare on the internet.
They jack up the prices of lesser furniture to make you think it is a quality piece when they are not. I purchased a couch and loveseat and waited 8 months for them to fix the loveseat. Called, 1 month later got a call back from the repair guy. A month later he showed up and said they had to order parts. 2 months later he showed up to install the parts and they were the wrong ones. A month and a half later they showed up again, installed the wrong part and did not fix the issue. Another month and a half and the repair guy said it was impossible to fix the issue. The store offered my a $200 credit on the $4,000 set if I would agree to not post a negative review. Obviously you can't buy my review with such a paltry amount vs what I paid.
Word to the wise - shop somewhere else. This store is a joke and offers no customer...
