Not good all around. We ordered queso, it never came. Our waitress never came back to check if the queso showed up, never refilled our drinks, didn't offer water. When the food came out it was lukewarm at best. Got a glimpse of where the food is placed once it's waiting to be run to the tables and the warming/heat lamps are way too far from the food to have any impact. I ordered the grilled shrimp taco and let me tell you that shrimp had never seen a grill in it's life. It was obviously just frozen and then heated up - I mean, maybe it was heated up at one point but it was cold when it got to me. My biggest issue is that it's on the premium taco portion of the menu, the restaurant is clearly listing it as a GRILLED shrimp taco and charging an extra dollar for it. And obviously lying. Our waitress didn't come back to check on how we were enjoying our meal until the very end when we had to tell her that all of our beans were cold when they came out. She took them back to be reheated but it's like - where were you 15 minutes ago? I don't want beans now, I'm done with my meal. I let her know that the queso never came out and to please make sure that wasn't on our check and she said "oh, okay." No apologies for being absolutely neglectful. Like sis, this is literally your fault that it never came out - take some accountability. I don't know, it was just super disappointing and I wouldn't tell anyone to go give this place...

If you love red enchilada sauce, JJ’s Tacos is the place for you!!! We absolutely love the tacos and enchiladas here. The mozzarella cheese sticks are to die for and the elote and avacado crema sauce are outstanding. The street tacos are sensational. I always get the carnitas and they are juicy and tender. My wife loves the red enchilada sauce (not chile con carne) on pretty much everything she gets and smothers it on thick. The tostadas are Devine and we always get them with ground beef. Ivan the owner is as kind as can be and remembers us every time we come in. Our favorite manager and server Amy is just a pure delight! We adore her and her energy. It’s always fun to see her when we are feasting on quality Mexican food. The drinks are delicious with amazing price points. The entire environment is perfect for date or sports nights. I was excited to see a new business open up so I had to go and try it out. Walking in, the place was very clean and I was immediately greeted by the bartender Cat. I sat at the bar and ordered a mixed drink that was very well made I could immediately tell that the bartender has a few years under her belt she was amazing and kept a good conversation with me. Before I knew it, I had my food and drink in front of me. I tried the taco pack, with 6 tacos and they did not disappoint the meats were well seasoned and very tender. This was just a stop for a quick bite but I was very satisfied with everything start to finish and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend to everyone in the area to go try them out I browsed through their menu and they have so many things that I wanted to try I will just have to come back to try them out.
