Jet’s Pizza — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

The first time we ordered from jets we loved it! It had great pizza and great ranch dressing….but every subsequent order we’ve made (at least 5 more times) has been terrible. We kept giving them more chances bc the first time was so good. I’m finally leaving a bad review after speaking with the manager today after we received our terrible order. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. The salad had a puddle of water in it and the dressing was missing. We ordered a half and half pizza with no onions. The center of the pizza was basically uncooked and was covered in onions. I called to ask for a refund bc it was so terrible and was told I could have a coupon for 20% off my next order. When I told him what happened he blamed the soggy pizza on me saying it was the type of pizza I ordered (both menu items, not personalized items) and said there was nothing he could do unless I brought the pizza back up to the store. I had 5 kids 6 and under at home with my sister and there was no way we were bringing pizzas back when we paid to have it delivered. This was the last straw. If you want crisp pizza and all the items delivered correctly, don’t order from the Jets. I can almost guarantee it will be a bad experience bc only 1/6 times ordering from there has been good. I guess shame on me for thinking it might be...

My wife and I split a Detroit style pizza. We both thought it tasted good, although the crust being so thick and doughy meant it also sopped up a ludicrous amount of grease which was unpleasant. We asked for ours to be cooked well-done and the crust still had a nice bite to it which went well with the softer, doughier center.

Their ranch is quite good and has a stronger mayonnaise flavor than most ranch dressings I've tried, but it reminds me more of the flavor I'm used to when making homemade ranch (which we typically did using a homemade mayo base and adding herbs.) That said, there was almost a kind of powdery texture to it. I don't know if that's because they make the ranch from a packet or what, but it was a bit unpleasant. However, this was also only really noticeable if you had the ranch by itself.

Overall, since it's not as close to us as other pizza places, and because of how much grease was involved, we both agreed we probably wouldn't be back unless we were just really in the mood for Detroit-style pizza. Jet's isn't bad, but it's not head and shoulders above other standard pizza...

Not sure if our local Jett’s has hired the worst manager or if they can’t get good help. Last three orders have been a disaster. First one driver forgot our salad Second, somehow system duplicated our order my bank refused second charge and sent me a notice. So I called to tell them they had a duplicate order. Kid on the phone asked me to call back in a hour. They were slammed with orders. Maybe because their system was duplicating orders. Delivered two pizzas writhing 10 minutes of each other. Third placed order- when over an hour passed I called to find out what was up. Was told only had one driver but she was going to get one of the staff to deliver order as soon as it came out of the oven. Over an hour after I ordered it was still I. The oven?? Sorry Jets gave you 3 strikes cause you used to be good. Now you aren’t worth...
