Pizza Pan — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

Completely horrible customer service experience. I ordered pizza online at 4:46 to be delivered at 6pm. At 6:15, the pizza was late, so I called the store. I was told that the pizza was on the way. At 6:30 the pizza was still not delivered. I called the store again and was told that they would contact the delivery driver. At 6:36 the delivery driver arrived. He offered me 10% off. I told him that I would not be paying for the pizza. He handed me the pizza and said "okay" and then left. Later on I saw that I had a voice message from pizza pan. The lady stated that she would have offered me the pizza for free if I would have spoken to them in advance - even though I spoke with them twice before. I called the store back to clear the air. The employee that I spoke with, "one of the owners", told me that they called the Police on me for stealing. He lied to me stating that "he came to my house and knocked on my door and saw people staring at him through the window". This is completely false. We have a couch in front of the window, so nobody has access to the windows. We also had a party going on and left the door open for people to come in as they arrived. Had anyone been knocking, we would have heard and seen them, and have addressed them. We also have a door bell which could have been used, but was not used all night. This employee continued to speak over me anytime I tried to speak. Knowing that I was getting nowhere with him, I stated that I would be ending the call. Some time later, THREE Police Officers showed up at my residence. My children and their friends were completely petrified because "the Police with guns" came to their party. I expect a full refund and apology from this company. Completely horrible customer service and absolutely worse...

Well, it's New Year's Eve 2019, these guys are busy, and we are hungry. So hungry, that we ordered WAY too much food for this family of five. With an awesome spread before us, we did not even realize that the small antipasto salad was missing. Stomachs full, we settled in to recall the many blessings 2019 had to offer, and there came another knock at the door, this time unexpected. Curious, I opened the door to find another Pizza Pan delivery guy. Before I could tell him that he probably had the wrong house he apologized for forgetting our 3.99 salad. With a big smile he handed us a small dessert, a 2-liter of Coke and our prodigal salad, apologized for the mistake, wished us a Happy New Year and was on our his way. Not only is their pizza phenomenal, everyone is a pleasure to work with and apparently their customer service is out of this world. These guys just got a customer for life. Keep up the great...

This little Pop run Pizza shop is 100% generational! Runs down the family line. I saw Grampa Father, Son (or 2), maybe a brother but ALL IN THE FAMILY which made this little spot an all time 5 star rating for Me. It's a little far from home but we enjoy the drive to get My Husband's Favorite Stromboli. The food is amazing. The service is 5 star. It is by far the BEST PLACE I have gotten food from IN ALL OF 2025 and that speaks volumes! Probably the best in 2024! Everything was done to perfection. Customer Service is a HUGE deal to Me so when I say they are amazing and worth any drive I Mean it with A SMILE! 😃 Thank You so much for the Best Customer Service and Food I have had out to eat all Year! If I could nominate this place to be the PLACE TO VISIT I would! Thanks Again Pizza Pan...
