Arby's — Restaurant in North Royalton

This whole experience was horrible.. I've never had an encounter like this at any arbys I've been to. We went for dinner at 5pm. Nearly no line, first I asked for a turkey slider. ( the only thing my daughter eats and no other arbys has ever given me a problem about it) they told me they wouldn't do it. They're not aloud to sell turkey sliders. I asked if I could just have the slider bun and turkey and build it myself then, they told me it would be $4.50 for the turkey. Over double a normal slider price. I said forget it, I'll take nuggets for her. I said could you please make sure the food is fresh and hot.. they said sure, had me pull up and wait about 15 minutes for them to bring me out COLD. Barely even cooked food, it tasted absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and refused to eat it.. Nobody was nice, nobody was cooperative and the manager has a snooty look on her face and handed me a scrunched up bag of cold food. I will absolutely be disputing this from my CC and NEVER going back to this location again. Absolutely horrible and I wouldn't be surprised if this manager drives this business to closure..

Stay away if you want a decent meal and human interaction.

If you do not like working with customers and the public get a different job. Don't make others lives difficult because you're miserable...

Went here on a whim yesterday cuz I had coupons that expire soon and needed food. While ordering I mentioned I had the 2 for 4 coupon then while ordering a Ruben she asked me if I had a coupon for that as well causing me to look and realize I did. No I'm not sure if she was asking to point it out or if she was asking so she could ring it up proper either way she made my day a little better than it was going to be. The food over all was in line with other Arby's I frequently visit I have had better I have had worse. The ruben seemed fresh with a little extra zing in the krout but the roast beef was the slightly think & dry like it was microwaved to reheat but it was done in a fashion that was probably the best version of reheat I have had from an Arby's. This Arby’s is generally pretty good. While they’re rarely the fastest, the food is always fresh and well assembled. The staff adds a lot of character (there’s one particular drive through attendant that we still joke about), but the vast majority of people we’ve interacted with are wonderful. The interior is clean.

That said, the food is still Arby’s quality. The famous roast beef is a love it or hate it experience, the curly fries are seasoned and perfect for dipping in plasticine cheese, and the deli sandwiches are packed with sodium. I particularly love the Buffalo chicken sandwich as a fast food take on it, especially when they’re discounted (either via coupon or special). The specials are normally pretty good too.

Overall, this is a nice Arby’s, just don’t expect more than a standard Arby’s...
