I agree with Randall, store hours open until 9 pm for winter clearly posted on the door in the spring on 4/11/18 arrived with my kids at 8:25pm stood there for 10 minutes to finally get asked for my order and we are told that I am sorry the grill is closed at 8:20pm. I don't mind that anyone closes but don't invite me in with all the lights on with the illusion you are open for business and drop this on me after standing there for 10 minutes. Of course if it was just us adults we would leave and never come back but kids don't understand bad business decisions. We purchased ice cream and ended up at another establishment. Even Dairy Queen is open until 11pm. This is what you get when kids run your business very infuriating not worth my time. Always a PITA to eat here anyway but my review will not improve anything just know you may waste a lot of time hoping to get a meal if you don't get there before they feel like cleaning up 40 minutes before they close and take great pleasure saying they are sorry when they really...

food and service used to be so much better. i used to come here as a family all the time- but after this last visit we wont be coming back. workers at window do not care, and will shut the window in your face before you have the chance to ask for anything, and when we did ask- someone else tried to rush us away before the other worker could even get back. we asked for lids on everything, three times, and at the window. we got 1 lid for 5 items. and the sizes are so much smaller now, a large flurry is now the size of a medium. i understand being busy and the effects of inflation are hard on everyone, but raising prices, shrinking amount, and then the service being rushed and uncoordinated- just not worth it anymore. i hope at least something changes, but until then, we will have to find...

love the food here but the service needs work. if you dont wsnt to serve customers maybe you shouldn't be in customer service. Ordered my food and was told to pull around and wait until it was done, which I'm fine with. But 30 minutes later still no food ended up having to call them. They brought food out a minute later then saying sorry we gave your food to the wrong customer on accident. Which again is fine accidents happen.
