Starbucks — Restaurant in North Strabane Township

I do not recommend this Starbucks. The management is extremely rude. I have given this location a few different opportunities to change my mind, but to no avail. One experience I had was all of the staff, bashing customers. I specifically heard them bashing another staff member’s family member that must have come in. The person left and they talked about how “ugly, bald and old” he was. How ignorant can you be? I mean that’s just appalling, and this was all in front of the staff whose family came in. How uncomfortable that that not only made me feel, but I would assume that staff member. Then another incident I went in and same exact situation, staff were talking horribly about customers. As someone in upper management, I know the importance of reviews. The people who love you, tell you and don’t leave reviews, but the ones that had a bad experience always leave reviews. I come to this location just about every morning. I’m here out of town working and the service is the same every time I come in. I’ve tried anothet within a few mile radius from this one, and it doesn’t hold a candle. I’m singling out Ashley because she told me her name this morning. Horrible. You guys just lost a regular customer over something so dumb. Was ordering in drive thru and the lady told me I had to have my cigarette out by the time I got to the window. I said I’m in my own vehicle, I’m smoking my cigarette on break from work. She said it’s state law that I am not allowed to be smoking within 60 feet of their property. I have never had this happen before. So I left and gave my money to the nearby Dunkin doughnuts instead. Will not be back here.
