The establishment's impressive facilities are unfortunately let down by their subpar customer service. I placed an order for a beverage, but it was delivered incorrectly. When I brought this to their attention, they informed me that they could not remake the beverage due to concerns about product waste. This is an unacceptable response, as I expect to receive the product that I have purchased. The staff was friendly but UNKNOWLEDGEABLE about coffee. I asked the cashier to recommend a coffee with fruity notes. She had no idea what I meant and asked if I wanted a Carmel or strawberry swirl. After trying to explain what coffee notes were, I asked if she could ask someone that would know. She gets the manager who was also clueless to coffee notes. The manager tells me that this is Italian coffee and Italian coffee doesn't have any flavor. So I asked her to recommend me a coffee and she said cappuccino.
