[Update] July 12th: I just went back because I was told the chain I bought for my pendant was real silver but it turned my neck green after I told this sales associate from yesterday I'm allergic to fake metals and my skin will turn green. When I woke up this morning my neck was green and I was mad. I called the store and the sales associate who answered my call said I was more than welcome to return it either for another item, store credit or a cash refund. Which I asked if the money would go back directly into my card or not and that's when I was told cash only. So when I got back to the store with the chain and pendant to get my refund the sales associate and I'm assuming was the manager kept trying to push the store credit thing on me after I specifically told them I was told over the phone I would get a cash refund. It was very annoying and could tell they didn't want to refund me, but because I did call and I know they will ask who it was they didn't have a choice to give me the refund I was promised. So be careful when buying jewelry or any items in the store because they probably won't give in and give you a refund.
July 11th : The staff was helpful and they seemed knowledgeable but they seemed really rushed and distracted to give you any real attention. I'm not knowledgeable at all over crystals or statues and I looked up a few stones I was intrested online so I can know what I was looking for before getting there. So when I was asking for help on picking crystals and statues for my house after I had described my situation I could tell that the staff didn't seem to intrested on helping me throughly even though I was showing intrest on buying multiple items. It also didn't help they where under staffed, so when people where asking them simple questions like I was on items the staff was obviously putting all of their attention on multiple customers at once instead of trying to help the previous customer they where with 1st. Read moreI purchased a psychic reading here, but I was extremely underwhelmed. :( Despite the reader being a good listener and nice, I didn't gain much insight at all. Any answers were very concise or succinct, or sort of incomplete verbally, mostly without much context or explanation. I appreciate the advice but it was very basic. I have no idea how tapped in the reader was or of the methods they employed. I've had many better readings before online where they have a return policy, at least. Here, I paid $45 for 30 minutes plus a tip upfront, and unfortunately it was not worth it at all. I have gotten better service with simple 3 card tarot readings from amateurs who charge nothing to $5, and I came to Inspirit because I didn’t want this.
The staff is warm and friendly, but this time it made me question if it's worth coming back. Even though people recommended this place to me for few years, I waited for 3 years on top of that throughout the pandemic to get a reading. My mother (who walks with a cane) was at the door patiently waiting for them to open with me (we arrived a few minutes before opening time, which is noon and closed Friday and Saturday). Finally the guy comes to the door, unlocks it, and leaves it shut in my mother's face. Not even a hello or welcome - no acknowledgement whatsoever that we were patiently waiting there. Once we entered, he just barked at us to put on hand sanitizer and socially distance - things we do anyways. He was so rude and so uncaring that it was really quite appalling to us both. We did end up buying some things and the lady at the cash register was slightly more amiable, but we will NEVER return to this store. Bizarre opening hours, expensive, and horrendous, snarky service (if you could even call it "service").
