I heard Jersey Mikes was in Northampton from a friend of mine and I was meeting PAM who does my hair in East Hampton and I sent her a message and said hey let me bring you lunch Jersey Mikes she ordered and then I decided I would have one and I added to her order and when I left, they were so busy That I just paid my bill took the two grinders to meet up with PAM at 1:00 I realized I was not charged for one of them and I called them today to settle up the girl that answered the phone says let me get you the manager Jon Michael got on the phone a little surprised that I was honest enough to pay for this meal And he said enjoy it on the house. Thank you so much. I’ll be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The team from Jersey Mikes were super generous and hospitable to our guests at our annual golf outing, over 120 of them, providing subs to the golfers on the tee box of hole 5. The golfers did not go home hungry and loved the surprise. Thanks!

Waited in line for over 20 mins for food that is mid at best. The sub is supposed to be chicken bacon ranch and came looking like this. Can’t even pick it up it’s so soggy.

Edit to add: The owner was very kind and offered us free subs and cookies. So we went back and everything was 100 times better! There were different employees working today and everyone was friendly. The subs were delicious!!! And the cookies were baked perfectly! We will definitely be back!

This location is very disappointing. I got half the amount of cheese I usually get on my veggie sub compared to other locations. The cheese was sliced paper thin. My sub was also mostly lettuce, barely any of the other veggies. My husband's sub has so much oil and vinegar on it, the bread is soggy. The cookies were also over baked. And an employee from the back was glaring at my husband the entire time he was ordering. It made my husband...

Chandler and the girl working with her earlier tonight did amazing tonight came in with my dad sister and her 2 kids and had a amazing experience the food was 10 out of 10 mad amazing way better then dumpy Subway they know what’s up at this location making you feel super welcome I definitely would try this place out and give it a good review it’s not what some people make it too be it’s amazing and only good things too say about it thanks again will be coming her more often be my regular store for now on thank you again Jersey Mikes one Happy Customer here thanks for bringing you guys Sub Shop too the Good Old...
