Dip and Sip Donuts — Restaurant in Northfield Township

Not you're traditional doughnut... should be the name of the shop. Though the current name is cute it's extremely misleading...there is NO way you could "dip & sip" ANY of the Signature doughnuts with all the heavy frostings and toppings...not saying it's necessarily a bad thing. You're signature doughnuts were beyond indulgent!!!!! First of all...I've never experienced such a fresh doughnut in my life it literally felt that it was made right then and there. Ridiculously tender, and light as a cloud...so kudos to that recipe!!!! The strawberry had a very generous amount of lovely pink frosting on it...but there was virtually no strawberry flavor which was a disappointment. The same could be said for the John Lennon Pistachio which once again generously decorated just extremely lacking in flavor of lemon. Unfortunately the Mexican Hot Chocolate which also was generously frosted and topped with an expresso bean had NO flavor at all minus a hint of chocolate. The Teddy bear s'mores was good because you literally put a whole marshmallow on top which brought it home. The Elvis was once again over frosted but the banana really came through. Grandma's Boston creme...once again very disappointing as this was the flavor I was really looking forward to😢 I would recommend this place to any women who just need that insane indulgence fix💯 This is the place for you it scratches...

My staff and I are literally some place different every week. I often order donuts for 15 people. We tried your donuts this weekend and again today. I decided to order them again today because they were so well liked on Sunday. The donuts were light and so were the cremes. I especially liked that nothing was overly sweet and artificial tasting (well I will exclude the Fruitty Pebbles Donut). Today, our group was bigger and the donuts were a big success.

I wrote the review earlier and decided to add to it. Today, I ordered donuts for my staff again. We were at a different locations and pleased we could order donuts. Some of my staff liked them enough to eat three (the young men).

Door Dash shorted a dozen donuts. I was feeding 15. I called the shop. The owner was very apologetic and delivered a dozen to us. Today, we were in Rosemont. They are located in Glenview. Wonderful customer service. Everyone...

The gentleman that helped us was excellent, he was very helpful. With that said, the donuts were not very good. Perhaps this is a bit too "Hipster" and less traditional than I prefer, I understand that this is very subjective. The glazed bacon donut was the best of the 3, the crumb donut was not edible. It reminded me of a vegan or gluten free donut, not sweet at all. The cream filling on the Boston donut was good but the donut itself was a loser. To top this off, 3 donuts came to 10.70$. We will...
