I had a really bad experience just 15 minutes ago. I did a mobile order pickup and it was all ready to go on the pick up shelf thing which was nice. I brought it back to car and realized that they forgot to put the “dip and pita chips” in the bag. I went back in to inquire. So i waited by the cashier area as one of the workers was taking care of a customer. Once the customer was done, I made eye contact with the staff and I started to ask a question, but then he cut me off and said “If it’s not on the shelf, it will be out in a minute bro.” And walked away. I felt really disrespected. But then the other staff saw the exchange and came up to help me. I showed him my phone and said, “I was missing the dip and pita chips.” He said, “Where’s the bag, buddy?” I said that it was in the car and he said, “You need to go get it.” I was frustrated that I had to go back to my car. But i got it and then I showed him my bag and then he pointed at the receipt on the bag. “Where does it say “dip and pita chips, brother?” I then showed him my receipt in my phone and pointed to where it says “dip and pita chips”. Then he said “check the name bro! Does it match?” And i said “yes it says Casey Henson” and then he said “show me.” So i showed him my name on my phone. I guess he thought maybe i was Door Dash because he said, “Her receipt didn’t say that..” when in reality I am the Casey he was speaking of. Then he said, “oh the pita chips and dip are IN the bowl, thats how its made bro”. I looked in the bowl and didnt see it… but i figured maybe it was under the sauce? So i went back to my car sad and defeated and my wife scolded me for not standing up and fighting for myself. I just wish that they just gave us the pita chips and dip :( and that I was treated with a little more respect. :(
Update: there werent any pita chips or dip under the rice...
Read moreGeneral Manager Sergio and Team Member Manuel go above and beyond, providing excellent service, with a great attitude. I’m not talking scripted corporate nonsense. I mean genuine human warmth, actual care, and old-fashioned taking pride in one’s work. These guys are dialed in to a good oscillatory frequency! My wife and I had stopped going to Roti a long time ago, even though we liked the food, as the quality of the service, over time, had gone from, er, uh...not-so-great...to completely checked out. Quality of the product had steadily eroded, too, becoming very inconsistent, with a rotating roster of items out of stock on any given day. We assumed they were going under. Updating to late 2024, early 2025, we found ourselves noting with surprise the fact they were still in business. So, it was more out of curiosity than actual hopes of a satisfying meal that we decided to roll the dice one day. That’s when we walked into the new Roti under Sergio and Manuel. Been going back about once a week ever since. What a turnaround! Can’t say enough about these guys and the job they’re doing! Oh, and bang for the buck - delicious (!) and nutritious, at a surprisingly low price. Highly...

Years ago I wasn't impressed with Roti's menu and stopped eating there. I decided to give them a second chance about a year ago, I'm so glad I did.
Roti serves fresh, flavorful, satisfying Mediterranean food. I especially love the cauliflower rice option and the garbanzo bean salad, which makes every bowl and sandwich delicious. Also worth trying are their grilled veggies.
During my last visit, my server was especially attentive and engaging. Little did I know that I was talking to Roti's culinary director, Layla. She is responsible for the menu in all of their restaurants.
Bursting with energy and enthusiasm, she educated me on their chicken (farm raised and organic!) and where they drew inspiration for their menu. She accompanies the CEO on a trip to Jerusalem every year to immerse themselves in Middle Eastern food. She even showed me pictures of the food and restaurants at which they ate.
Now I understand why their food is so good: it's authentic, high quality, and inspired by a love...
