Just as other 1 star reviewers already mentioned, do not spend another dollar of your hard earned money here. For starters the GM of this store is not ready for prime time and should be transferred and/or terminated for her devisivness and hatred for her patrons.
She is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and very disrespectful to not only me, but many of the members of my running group that come here weekly and also posted 1 star reviews.
Since nobody likes to read a long drawn out books will keep this short. Bottom line I came into this store with the intent of using my $15 care team credit for the very same issue I had at another Panara- I ordered my meal for "dine-in" and they had made it to go. Since my food was sitting there for several minutes I just told them to refund my money which they did but with a snarl(this was another location)
So when I came to this store to use my $15 care credit, they pretty much made the same mistake again. Unbelievable! I ordered my flat bread pizza with a green goddess cob salad for "dine in," once again the incompetent cashier even after I said 2x it was for "dine in" made it to go. Meanwhile I waited patiently 10 minutes for my meal and it was never made. After going up and asking politely about why it was not ready they pointed to the to go bag and told.me that was mine no problem they would transfer it to a plate. I had requested them to remake my order for obvious reasons.
The GM and a kitchen staff member assured me 3 times my meal would be re-made from scratch, they even brought my food to the table but after a quick bite I realized they had lied to me- they had never re-made it from scratch because it was cold and the cheese was no longer gooey. I order this all the time it is so hot I can barely touch it. I decided not to notify the manager of her blatant lie and decided to just call corporate which I later did and was once again given another care team credit
Bottom line, the GM over the course of my visit lied about remaking my order, she was talking down to me, making false accusations of me raising my voice and she also said "you are ignorant" for no valid reason other than to humiliate me in front of others.
I hope corporate will look at the cameraa because it will clearly show the cook did not remake my order but simply removed it from the box, put it on a plate and sent it back out. The cameras will also show I was not raising my voice and being loud in any way.
Bottom line fast food workers such as this GM needs to be retrained and/or not allowed to interact with customers because she clearly has a bad attitude. She needs to to learn that if a customer wants his order remade then they should just bite their tongue and re-make the order without ridiculing and making fun of their customers. Again calling me "your ignorant" in most cases would get a fast food worker fired but sadly nobody from the care team has returned my request to have someone higher up call me and the fact there is no accountability is the reason I will never...

I am a member of Paneraâs sip club so I frequently visit different locations since I have to be on the road often.
I feared this place was not going to be so great because itâs in the middle of a parking lot and looked kinda small.!
I was wrong! What a pleasant surprise & I think this has to be one of my favorite Panera Bread locations.!
Way to go manager!!! I love all of the simple & subtle but beautiful touches like the pretty little succulent jade planters that happily decorate each table, inviting people to sit, relax and enjoy! I also like the glass vase decorating the womenâs bathroom along with the fact that it looks and smells clean!
I particularly enjoy the employees that were handpicked! You have a great crew here! They are in a great mood, seem happy to have a job and happy to see customers!
I have visited this place 11 times thus far and each time I leave with a smile on my face!
I have had 3 issues on separate days and they were handled immediately! Just amazing!
Problem 1, day 1: the large lids did not fit the large cups!??! I presented the problem to a young lady working behind the kitchen area counter. She and I tried several lids and then she realized that they mustâve ordered the wrong size lid. She called the manager over who immediately ordered the correct sized lids. Bravo!!!
Problem 2, Day 2. (btwâŚLids fit perfectly! đ) I used the restroom and I could barely wash my hands. The water was so hot (& I am used to washing dishes in hot water) that it was steaming! I thought if a senior or child washed their hands, theyâd definitely burn. SoâŚ. I walked over to the same young lady who happened be working the kitchen counter again & again, she immediately called for her manager to fix the temperature problem! đ Bravo!
Problem 3, Day 3.: Not really a problem but they were all out of raw brown sugar packets at 2p but there were plenty when I visited at 9a! So I happen to ask one of the employees who said theyâd check for me. She checked the doors underneath the coffee serving station and found none. I said, âthatâs ok. Thanks for checkingâ! & she said, âgive me just a minute to check on backâ. Wouldnât you know she came back with a bunch of packets for me?!?!?!!

They took my order and before entering into the system she went back to ask the people in the kitchen something and came back and said I wasn't able to order the sandwiches I wanted. They said I was able to order because they didn't have the sauces, bread, and avocado. I asked if they were able to make vegetarian sandwiches. They said only bread, chicken, and mayo. They also didnt have soup. We tried figuring out something else we could order. Finally, she went back to the kitchen and told them something. She came back and said I was able to order the original sandwiches I wanted. After all that, how were they able to now make our sandwiches? I told her I am part of the sip club and we wanted to get a drink. She 'entered' my phone number and told me the total. I could tell with the amount she didn't put in my rewards. I was done trying to tell her she didn't enter my info correctly, so I just paid. She told us that we weren't allowed to eat there bc at 8:30 they only did take out, which was also weird. I, 100% understand that you want to go home after work. I get it. I wish that they understood that we just wanted to sit down and quickly eat after a long day of school and work. As I was leaving I saw the manager at the register. I asked if he had a number or scan code so I can fill out a survey. He asked what was wrong. I didn't want to go into it. But I did tell him that I was taken aback about not being able to eat there when they were still open for another 30-minutes. He said we were allowed and that is sorry for giving us the wrong information. I told him I didn't want to inconvenience his workers.
