My visit was nice. The employees were nice but the manager was a straight b**. I was asking the girl making pizzas about specials and how long it would take to get my own pizza made, and in the middle of answering my questions the manager, Deborah, came up and asked if I needed help because the girl helping me was working. Then before I could even respond, yelled at the other lady who was working the register to watch her watch something on her phone... I dont understand Deborah's concept of "working". I've been a steady customer for a while here and I've witnessed her make racist remarks towards Hispanic and African American customers after they paid for entitled a to sit on it all day long while her workers do everything for her. And I'm Caucasian for the record. Ive never worked for or seen a worse manager in my 30 years of being on this planet. Why does she work customer service if she doesn't do anything to keep those customers coming back? Maybe she should consider a none customer friendly job if all she wants to do is push her...

Very unprofessional. 🙁 Pizza is good, but be careful if you have a gluten intolerance. 🍕 The employees of this location have no respect for the community. Nobody deserves to be disrespected, get disrespect from employees it will boomerang right back! Customers should never feel scared or unsafe, so make sure employees don't have a chip on their shoulders! Respect is earned not given. Also, time for a little truth serum for those people who lie or portray a bad image! Nobody would never tolerate it. Post a sign if you want to refuse people service or fire the tight knit team members that might be doing secretive bullying. It's hard enough to find good help amongst the pandemic, but don't add on your stress on anyone. Things are bad enough. I used to speak to employees and brighten their day. But lying and holding grudges against people...

I was informed that they had been "slammed in the meantime" and it would be another 15 minutes. I left and returned 20 minutes later. I was met with blank stares when I gave my name and order. They did not have it, somebody mentioned it had been there, but now it wasn't. Hmmm....they were sorry and returned my money. An hour and a half (it takes me 15 minutes to drive into town) that I won't get back. I contacted the service department to voice my displeasure. It states that company President Terry reads every single one of them. He must not have thought that my complaint did not need a response. We ate at Pizza...
