Mazza's Market and Coffee House — Restaurant in Northfield

Amid a pandemic, guy behind counter is not wearing a mask, nor the woman server. Before I came in I asked if they are preparing food without masks. She replied that they don't wear them when no one is there. So I had to order food that would be heated up because I didn't think it was safe to eat anything prepared at the counter. After that she was rude and short with me. While I waited, she went out to smoke a cigarette and proceeded to shake her head at me. The guy then bagged my food with no mask or gloves and handed it to me. I told him it was a health code violation and that she was so rude to me. The food was good and the coffee was okay. It was an interesting, unique place. It's adorable actually, and I was very excited when I found it. However when I sat down to eat, I noticed that there were very prominently displayed Trump themed soda bottles (complete with racial slur). Honestly, I don't mind doing business with someone who has a different political opinion than I do, but this is something that would make a lot of people feel very uncomfortable. If this is not something that bothers you, I 100% recommend Mazza's. That being said, the reason that I'm leaving this review is to give anyone that would feel unwelcomed by this merchandise...

Do you like raw honey? They have Stewart's Apiary raw honey here. ITS FANTASTIC!

The pastries are to die for. I love the Apple Fritters. Grab a pie and get some drinks as well. The iced Tea is made from scratch right in front of you. Let me tell you, this is the best iced tea you will ever have.

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. The pepperoni egg and cheese is out of this world. They use pepper jelly and boy oh boy is it good.
