Nick's Pizza — Restaurant in Northfield

We order out quite a bit. Strangely, up until last month we had never tried Nick's, even though it is practically walking distance from our house. On one stop at the Wawa next door, I made a mental note to try them out. I am SO glad we did! I'll start with the food... Nick's has a pretty varied menu. If you're looking for it, they probably have it, or something similar. The food ranges from REALLY good to good. I've never had anything bad from here. Now let's talk about customer service. Nick's staff is friendly and helpful when you call, and their delivery staff is friendly and FAST. Now, we only live a few blocks away, but still. It's become a running joke in our house that once we place our order online, we get up and go to the door to get it. If you order outside of busy hours, this isn't much of an exaggeration. We've literally had our food delivered in just over 10 minutes. Finally, Nick's has a rewards program if you make an account. You get a discount for every 100 points you accumulate! Basically, if we order once a week, we get every 5th order for around half price! You just...

We ordered two times and BOTH times they forgot something! My first order was a small Greek salad with grilled chicken one chicken Parm sub and one meatball sub my husband went to pick it up and said are you sure everything is there the gentleman said yes,we got all the way home and we were missing a meatball sub which my daughter had to go pick up before they closed because the delivery man was done for the night. The second order was too small Greek salad with grilled chicken my husband picked up our order and when we got home it was too large Greek salad with no grilled chicken… I specifically said the salad we ordered before was a Greek salad with grilled chicken that came to nine dollars. They gave me two large nine dollar Greek salads with no grilled chicken they said they would bring us grilled chicken but it would be an additional five dollars. We are definitely disappointed since we do like Supporting new Local businesses they did nothing to compensate us for the second mess up to try to keep us as customers there should not have been a charge for the grilled chicken considering they messed...

First time ordering from nicks, and the last... Ordered online. At 6:20pm. Small order. Burger with fries / a wrap and boneless wings. Called for update on order after an hour and a half. Guy on the phone tells me he’s sorry and the driver is on his way. Ok I understand they are backed up. Driver shows up. Hour and forty five minutes after order. No pen to sign receipt Apologies tells me keep the receipt he doesn’t need it. Burger falling apart and cold. Fries cold. Wrap cold and falling apart. Wings have wrong sauce and again cold. Called the place to explain my situation they tell me they are down a driver. Well, it’s a business hire more. So After waiting almost two hours for food I have to say I won’t be ordering...
