If I could leave no stars I would gladly do so. I cannot believe the customer service that I and my whole team have received. Today at 10:30 am we here at Reliance Medical Group ordered from this "restaurant" to get our food delivered by our lunch time at 12pm. There was no problem placing an order. It is now 12:20 and our lunch has not arrived yet. We then call to check on the status and pay for the food over the phone, when it came down to how much we want to tip we said we would put $3 on the card with the intent of paying cash in person to the delivery guy. Once we said the tip amount we were placed on hold and were now speaking with the "manager". He then continued to talk over us and go on about how the tip amount was not enough for a "40 minute delivery" (our office is only 8 minutes away from this restaurant) so that's when we assured him that we would be giving more to the driver once he arrives, even though we felt this was not fair due to the fact that we asked for our food to be delivered by 12 and it is not 20 minutes late. Then another 20 minutes pass and it is now 12:40 and our food has yet to arrive and our lunch is now over. I get in contact with so called "manager" and ask for the status of our food which is now 40 MINUTES late. Again we were talked over and was told that he wasn't sure where our food was. About 5 minutes later our food has arrived but of course the order is completely wrong and items were missing. When trying to explain this to the "manager" we were cut off and were basically told that there was nothing he can do but in a very rude matter. At this point we asked to get a refund and speak to the owner of the restaurant due to the circumstances of missing items we had ordered and wrong order. The "manager" then responded " you wont be getting a refund and you know who you can call, Ghost busters. You can leave a bad review but we will only get more and more busy" and then hung up(yes those were his exact words). I am not one to ever bash restaurants or leave bad reviews but I felt this needed to be seen publicly.    Read moreI work 5 mins from this restaurant and my place of work orders from here often. Food is always good. One day I wanted to order but no one else wanted anything. So I was just going to get a salad for delivery and pay with a card. The guy on the phone was very rude. He kept yelling he couldnât hear me, I tried to speak louder. When I finally was able to translate my order and asked for delivery he scoffed. He asked me sarcastically if I was really placing an order for one salad for delivery. He then told me itâs not enough to use my card so I added a drink to the order to meet the minimum. I told him where I worked and we order at least every couple weeks maybe more than that. He then lectured me to make sure I tip the driver. Unbelievably rude. I obviously took care of the driver but said that would be last time I ordered. Fast forward to today. I left that job but work there on weekends only. So I said I would give them another shot but I would pick it up this time. W turning went fine, waited a bit but I was ok waiting.
