To begin with, I work retail, and have worked in fast food. Iâm not difficult and Iâm polite. I know what itâs like to work a drive through. Itâs not fun. I generally cut people slack, so I do not say this lightly. The night crew here is disgusting, rude, and unsanitary they should all be fired, and this place should be shut down for health code violations if they are not. They spit in my food and put it in the floor, as if I wouldnât know. First when I got to the window, they charged my card for the wrong order. Then had an attitude that they had to refund it. Second, I ordered my sandwich with out a certain sauce. I repeated myself 4 times because they kept repeating the order back to me wrong. By the fourth time I figured out that they were doing this on purpose. As I suspected they put the sauce on my sandwich. I went back though the line and asked them to remake my sandwich. When the crew in the heard it they immediately started yelling and were visibly upset. I told them they could just give me a refund if that was easier, but the guy at the window said his register was down and he would just have to remake it. These people were not intelligent. I could hear them clearly though the window. They were cussing and and talking about how they were going to mess with my food. When they gave me the sandwich I knew it was not worth talking to them anymore. When I opened the package they purposely put the sauce on it again and it had clearly been spit in and was dirty. I will be contacting the franchise owner, the better business bureau, Arbyâs corporate, and the northglenn Health inspectors. I will also be contacting news 9 which has a segment for this very type...
Read moreI donât know if itâs just me or what, but EVERY time I come here I have a problem! Whether itâs that theyâre out of the 1 thing I went there to get, or they forget to give me something. Once, after I had been driving all day & was worn out & anxious to get home, I went through the drive-thru & ordered a shake with my meal & they forgot to give me a straw. I had driven away before I realized there was no straw & I donât like opening drinks in the car so I turned around to get a straw. There was a line in the drive-thru so I parked & went in feeling frustrated and as I walked back out I saw what looked like a manager standing outside talking with somebody & they heard me muttering under my breath. So when I saw him looking at me I said something like, âyou guys really need to remember to give straws when serving drinks in your drive-thru, because itâs a pain to have to come back to get one!â And he actually replied, âWell you should ask for one!â Now, Iâm assuming that maybe he was just a little too dense to understand the situation to which I was referring...but I worked in fast food in High School and even then everybody knew it was required to provide a straw with food in the drive-thru. I know I shouldnât have assumed a straw would be there, but maybe a simple, âoh sorry about that!â Wouldâve been best. These are just little things, and I like that thereâs an Arbyâs close to us so I wish the little...
Read moreUPDATE: I added another star to my review. I am extremely impressed that the owner responded to my review within HOURS of me posting it. I understand how hard the service industry has been hit, particularly restaurants. Thank you for seeing my review, taking the time to reply, and taking action! I have confidence that this issue will be resolved. I ordered the new bacon brisket French dip. I've had it before from another Arby's and it was amazing. At this Arby's it was very poorly made. Just one bite of my sandwich contained cheese and there were only two, paper thin, 1/2 slices of bacon. My husband's curly fries were served cold as if they had been sitting out for a while. Our other fried sides (poppers and mozzarella sticks were warm.) We love Arby's and typically go twice a month. We just moved to this area and I am very disappointed in the quality from this Arby's. I am very patient and understanding, especially with staffing issues and busy drive-through's. However, today was not the case. The drive- through guy and the manager on duty spend most of the time chatting and joking while they worked. All I ask is if the fries have been out a while, remake them. When making an expensive specialty sandwich, take pride in your work, or at least make it how it's supposed to be made. ( the picture is of my sandwich showing the only bacon and cheese on one half. I added my own cheese when...
