Arby's — Restaurant in Northport

Worst Arby's in America. Do you want to hear staff arguing, staff lounging around while the tables, floors, bathrooms are filthy? Then you have found the place.

My daughter only eats turkey from Arby's but Arby's eliminated the turkey sandwich on the kids menu. We asked nicely and the employee manning the cash register graciously worked with us to ring up her's as a turkey sandwich. A few minutes later, someone in the kitchen staff was VERY loudly yelling about how they can't do that anymore. Then the staff was loudly complaining about why people kept coming in to eat (@8:30pm) when they were supposed to be closed. 3+ parties were sitting eating their meals and we all heard it. When the last person came in and ordered, the kitchen staff yelled: "Why don't we give everyone extra turkey and extra cheese". Arby's, you should be able to find someone better in Tuscaloosa to work here. We will never return to this Arby's and I say that just before we leave to travel through Tuscaloosa around dinner time. YOU GUYS...

The service was bad! I had a friend go to the Arby's in Northport and get the new fish stick meal. He got it to my home which is 8 miles from this Arby's. I opened the bag and it had 2 fish sticks and old greasy curly fries. Tried to call this Arby's and the phone has been busy for over 1 hour. We would like to get our money back and it also includes a over done roast beef! So dissatisfied with this Arby's.. He told them he wanted the meal and this is what we got above. He was told that was the meal. I was expecting what was seen on the TV as a new item with fish and krinkle fries. I thought your logo was "We have the meats" We were promised a free one from the company and never was given one. This was from Arby's home office and they were to get back with me...

Lady at the counter was very impatient and rude white taking our order. Then when we got to the table and opened the bag there was no cheese sauce which we had paid for. They tried to tell us that they gave it to us but I was standing there with the bag and my wife was seated at a table and they could plainly see that we did not have a cheese sauce. Someone in the kitchen said that it went out and someone picked it up. That'maybe but it wasn't us. Why would I try to scam them for a 50cent sauce when I just spent $18 on food. The beef in our sandwiches was of the poorest quality that I have ever had. It looked like they scraped up all the little bite sized pieces off the counter and put them on our sandwiches. This would be a good spot to put...
