I order the SAME items EVERY time and they ARE NEVER THE SAME! AND 9 times out of 10 they’re going to forget salad dressing. They clearly don’t care enough to check orders before they go out for delivery. I’m recovering from surgery and didn’t feel like getting out tonight. I decided to try my luck. Order actually arrived early. Opened pizza.... there’s about 2.5-3” of crust and the toppings are all in the middle. Open salad bag.... no dressing. I call....explain the problem....girl said “yes mam but what’s the problem?” Seriously? She then said that door dash delivers. Oh I’m sorry, do they make and pack the food too? But wait, it gets better....she then tries to tell me that pizzas have crust (really??) and she asks me what I want her to do and if I want extra dressing THE NEXT TIME I COME IN..... I laughed and told her I’d figure it out and how ridiculous they are. What good will that do for the salad I have right now? **CORRECT RESPONSE would’ve been: “I’m so sorry mam what did you have? We’ll remake that pizza and get some salad dressing to you ASAP.” But the girl didn’t even bother to apologize!...she just tried to blame someone else, and say that that’s how they make their pizzas....Well mam then you’re doing it wrong. Why do they hire people like this and why are they left unsupervised? I know workers are hard to come by but COME ON. I worked many years in food/beverage industry. Read morePlaced a delivery order for a LARGE pepperoni pizza while I was home with my sick child and I’m pregnant. The guy that took my order was obviously new (he kept asking other people questions about how to take the order but he was nice) I told him twice pepperoni. My pizza gets here and it’s a cheese pizza. I try to give it back to delivery guy (I assumed he worked for hungry Howies) he informed me he works for door dash and I need to call and have them correct it and they will send him back out to deliver the right pizza. I call hungry Howies, speak to the same guy that took my order and he basically tells me he can’t do anything for me. So I ask to speak to someone else and a lady named Jessica gets on the phone to tell me there is nothing they can do because I received the order, even though it wasn’t what I order, and that a refund was not an option and she then insinuated that I was lying about what I ordered. I’m more than positive the guy remembers me saying pepperoni but I feel like he was probably nervous about getting in trouble and I’m almost certain they can pull up my previous orders and I have never ordered a cheese pizza. However, she offered for me to come pick up a pizza (I paid at least $12 additional dollars for delivery and tip, also pregnant and home with a sick baby) or to give me a credit for a SMALL pizza. Read moreI ordered pizza here and got a notification that my order was ready. I brought my small children with me to pick it up. When I got here, they told me they accidentally gave my order to someone else and they were not very apologetic about it at all. They seemed more irritated to be having to deal with this than anything. They told me they could re-make my order and throw in a free dessert or breadsticks. Since my children are now eating dinner 40 minutes later than they should be, I said no on the dessert. I didn’t need free cheese bread because it would just go to waste - my original order had all the food I needed. Because of this big inconvenience of my family eating dinner much later than usual plus me having to wait there an additional 20 minutes with 2 small children, I asked for them to both refund me and also still make the order, as it wasn’t my fault they gave my food to someone else. They refused to do this. The guy even called someone at my request - either the franchise owner or the manager, who also refused. We order pizza from here several times a month but we will now be taking our business elsewhere because this was a ridiculous offer of “compensation” for giving my food away and wasting my time waiting another 20 minutes for food. Staff needs to learn how to read before giving orders to people picking up food. Names are in huge letters on the ticket, this should not have happened.
