Decided to get muskegon's famous scrib's Pizza last night. Got out of work had a late night hunger pain seeing how nothing is open anymore scribs Pizza seem to be the smart choice. Got in line for the window because there is a drive-up window, I love that. I also called on the phone to place my order, I was waiting in line to see which would happen first. The phone line was successful first I placed my order and then pulled out of the line they said it would be about 20 minutes. It was about 20 minutes exactly. Got a small pizza supreme wait for it wait for it, yes added pineapple. I think my total bill came to be around $18. If you would like to leave a tip you need to bring cash I could not leave one on the card. I tried to I was unsuccessful they said it was okay I ended up giving change out of my drawer I will definitely take more next time. Got home the pizza was delicious they did cut it differently than the last time I got scribs on laketon. The scribs on laketon usually cuts theirs into squares this pizza was cut into triangles I prefer the squares due to the being classic scribs. But I think I have to request that next time. Overall the food was fresh the food was hot it was on time if you want a classic Muskegon Pizza...
Read moreFood is amazing, but looking for delivery as advertised on their website. The laketon location said they haven't delivered in over 24 years? Then why does it say delivery on your website? Also the like to the drive through window is dangerous. I'm surprised there hasn't been an accident as I seen numerous close calls waiting in line last night. If you're not going to open the inside for pickup to illuminate the road in the line, then here's 2 ideas: either close the front entrance and have them use the back or make the parking spaces for pickup. Number them and have them call when they arrive to pickup and bring it to their car. How has nobody come up with a solution to prevent a possible accident in the road where several of your customers wait because there's no room in your parking lot to have a drive through line. I just thought of 2 ideas and thos has been going on for a long time. Henry Street is not the street to be waiting in a line to turn into a building. I'm surprised you haven't gotten in trouble for that. 9therwise the food is great. Could have friendlier staff thpugh, but fir the most part its worth waiting for. But not worj risking my...
Read moreIf you are able to actually get your order, the pizza is great. The customer service however is nonexistent. We placed an order just prior to them closing and were told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Drove up to pick up our pizza and waited behind a vehicle that was handed multiple pizzas and a big bag of food. It took them a while to get the food out to them as the lady had time to step out of her vehicle and smoke a cigarette. When we pulled up, we were told they were closed and they had no other orders. Funny that we have been getting pizzas there since I was a kid and have never had this issue in over 30 years. When I called to express my concern, I was told that our order was never taken, that this happens all the time, and that there was nothing they could do. SUPER disappointed in Mr. Scrib's. Providing good customer service should remain a priority even when you know you have a superior product. It is a matter...
