Scrib's has been a family favorite for years and years. Coming from Detroit to visit family I always pick up a pizza (or two). The best thing is that of you call a day ahead they can freeze your pizza order. Usually I take it fresh, but this time the frozen was a better idea. I ordered two larges frozen and they reheat perfectly a 400 degrees for about 10 min. I noticed my crust wasn't as crisp, but the second time I used the airfryer at a little lower temp and it was fine. Scrib's pizza is loaded with toppings on thin crust. What I like is there is still enough sauce so it's not dry at all. The crew at Scrib's is super friendly on the phone and in person. The Henry location has a drive up window. They all wear masks and follow the safety protocols. As always, highly recommended! A+

Ok so years ago I visited family back in my hometown. My parents and I moved away in 1995. So yeah it had been a minute. I am always happy to see family, however I couldn't contain my excitement knowing that I would be reunited with my childhood favorite pizza Mr. Scribs!!!! Ya'll seriously they have always been so good! Back in the day, their fried smelt, any pizza with with extra cheese packaged in those white bags.....chile please! The aroma alone is one of a kind! Ok so this past weekend my awesome cousins took a 13 hour drive and brought my beloved Mr. Scribs! Let's just say, all is fairly well in the world right now! Side note, my cousins drove down for a wedding but hey, I'm gonna get my Scribs by any means neccessary lol! Check them out y'all!

The pizza was pretty good. I had the pizza with half ham and half Italian sausage. The pizza was a thin crust pizza, roughly the thickness of a flatbread. It was served in a paper bag. The pizza was cut into square slices, and the slices did not correspond with the toppings as a couple of the slices were half and half. The side of the pizza with the Italian sausage was much better than the bacon side. It was warmer than the bacon side and had more cheese. The bacon itself was crunchy. The pizza as a whole was a little greasy. Overall, though, the pizza was of good taste and quality.

Decided to get muskegon's famous scrib's Pizza last night. Got out of work had a late night hunger pain seeing how nothing is open anymore scribs Pizza seem to be the smart choice. Got in line for the window because there is a drive-up window, I love that. I also called on the phone to place my order, I was waiting in line to see which would happen first. The phone line was successful first I placed my order and then pulled out of the line they said it would be about 20 minutes. It was about 20 minutes exactly. Got a small pizza supreme wait for it wait for it, yes added pineapple. I think my total bill came to be around $18. If you would like to leave a tip you need to bring cash I could not leave one on the card. I tried to I was unsuccessful they said it was okay I ended up giving change out of my drawer I will definitely take more next time. Got home the pizza was delicious they did cut it differently than the last time I got scribs on laketon. The scribs on laketon usually cuts theirs into squares this pizza was cut into triangles I prefer the squares due to the being classic scribs. But I think I have to request that next time. Overall the food was fresh the food was hot it was on time if you want a classic Muskegon Pizza...

Food is amazing, but looking for delivery as advertised on their website. The laketon location said they haven't delivered in over 24 years? Then why does it say delivery on your website? Also the like to the drive through window is dangerous. I'm surprised there hasn't been an accident as I seen numerous close calls waiting in line last night. If you're not going to open the inside for pickup to illuminate the road in the line, then here's 2 ideas: either close the front entrance and have them use the back or make the parking spaces for pickup. Number them and have them call when they arrive to pickup and bring it to their car. How has nobody come up with a solution to prevent a possible accident in the road where several of your customers wait because there's no room in your parking lot to have a drive through line. I just thought of 2 ideas and thos has been going on for a long time. Henry Street is not the street to be waiting in a line to turn into a building. I'm surprised you haven't gotten in trouble for that. 9therwise the food is great. Could have friendlier staff thpugh, but fir the most part its worth waiting for. But not worj risking my...

If you are able to actually get your order, the pizza is great. The customer service however is nonexistent. We placed an order just prior to them closing and were told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Drove up to pick up our pizza and waited behind a vehicle that was handed multiple pizzas and a big bag of food. It took them a while to get the food out to them as the lady had time to step out of her vehicle and smoke a cigarette. When we pulled up, we were told they were closed and they had no other orders. Funny that we have been getting pizzas there since I was a kid and have never had this issue in over 30 years. When I called to express my concern, I was told that our order was never taken, that this happens all the time, and that there was nothing they could do. SUPER disappointed in Mr. Scrib's. Providing good customer service should remain a priority even when you know you have a superior product. It is a matter...
