These people are crooks, constantly changing their return policy, got some bad oil and now they said they can’t do refunds after 48 hours, even though I got like 3 days ago so you have to test all your products immediately, previously had a bad, oil cart and they first said they can’t do returns, I call the manufacturer and they call them, and then process the review, making me pay tax on a the replacement one. Not all there products are bad but the shady returns just show their out to get your every penny. Just wanted to add that the workers were nice and polite.
Update: although a clear response to cover their own butt, you shouldn’t have to open each product and test it before you leave or even in a couple of days, unless you leave the products in a hot car or in direct sunlight they shouldn’t degrade to a significant enough level to cause issues. So I’ll agree to disagree there. But your refund policy is awful I shouldn’t have to contact manufacturers in order to be resolved but they had no intention of a refund or replacement beforehand. It’s basically at the end of CT ave where toys R us used to be before you hit Belden and Norwalk hospital. EASY drive from new Canaan and this location offers DRIVE THRU if you link your bank account (totally safe never had an issue) to pre pay. Also this location has better stock than main ave 100%.
