Super disappointing experience with a delivery order. Person answering the phone was very short and then when asked about a pizza special from their website for that night he said that was no longer valid. The food took an hour to arrive. When we called after 45 mins he said it was on the way and that was it. Fettuccine Alfredo had Zero flavor or taste and was drowned in parsley. Was not a creamy sauce as one would expect, was completely dry. French fries were cold and soggy. The garlic bread with cheese did not resemble what one would expect and it was complete mush and included no dipping sauce. The pizza and chicken parm were okay but everything else was not good and was not eaten.

Their normal pizza is fine, but if you want a thin pizza, do not order a grandma pizza. It’s not edible. Ate one slice and threw out the rest (ordered two pies). See pictures. It’s very thick and advertised incorrectly. A grandma pizza should be thin slices.

I've been eating here for years, with that said over the last year everything has gone down the drain. The quality which is what kept us coming back is gone! For example, we ordered a medium pizza..We received a small pizza. When i called to inform them they told me as long as it fits in the box thats all they care about. Now on to the entrees, I used to love the chicken parm, but now the sauce is bitter, cheese is sour and the cutlets are way to thick. The inside is way to dirty to sit and eat. I was put on hold for over 10 min when i tried to place an order tonight! Then when we go to pick it up you would think it was in some back alley in NYC, one guy didn't even have a shirt on..Around Food! So I have given them chance after chance and it just keeps getting worse. Sad as it used to be our...

There is nothing more disappointing than fasting for the entire day.. getting home to ordered food that is COMPLETELY WRONG! The salad that was ordered was supposed to be arugula I received two small garden salad. I ordered penne a la vodka with shrimp that came with a side salad and bread. I received two large chunks of bread (the only thing I could eat) and a large CHICKEN Caesar salad (when I can not have meat). The penne a la vodka was not vodka sauce it was RAGU AND NOODLES! I’ve never been so disappointed in Italian food as I have tonight. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I tried to call to have them right their wrong and no answer. Mind you… I WAS STARVING AT THIS POINT!! I literally ate the bread (which was cold and needed to be warmed)—-...

One of my guests bit into a single edged razor blade in the pizza I’d ordered last night fromJohns Best Pizza on Westport Ave in Norwalk.

I called the restaurant immediately and the guy said “we don’t have razors in our restaurant. Not sure how it could have gotten there”. I asked him if he was implying that I put it there and he didn’t believe me. He said “no I believe you but we don’t have razor blades. Maybe it came in from the vegetables”. And his offer was to make us another pie.

No apologies. No OMG. No asking if anyone was hurt.

I sent a follow email last evening to the manager as well but have yet to hear back.

Needless to say I will never be ordering from them again. And I would highly recommend that you all...
