I ordered a small cheese pizza along with 2 orders of chicken Ceasar wrap and instead of fries asked for 2 salads as I always do. Upon receiving my order, my 2 salads were missing. I called jordans to tell them and they said they would credit for the salads but then the lady said that I wasn't charged for the salads so I can not get a credit. The manager then got on the phone and I told him what I ordered and I was missing my salads and he says "well you didn't get charged for the salads so we can't credit you". This is something that really bothered me being that if you look on their website and menu, they charge $4 for a side of fries. Fries always come with the chicken Ceasar wrap. I never recieved the fries either but was indeed charged for them being that I paid $9 for both wraps that didn't come with the salad that I requested or the fries that they originally come with anyway. Not to mention I tipped the delivery girl $3 when im literally a minute drive away. Overall this is terrible customer service. I worked in customer service several times and know for a fact to ensure satisfactory, I would have gave the credit for the fries at the least! I will never be ordering from them again. Ridiculous that I paid $9 for a small wrap with a few pieces of chicken and the rest lettuce.
This is not the first time they messed up my order, I will never be ordering from them again thats for sure! Especially during a pandemic they should be more considerate for clearly what was...
Read moreFirst time I’ve been there and last! I called and ordered mousaka and told them I would pick it up. But before I placed the order, i specifically asked if it was fresh, as I know it’s not made daily. I told her to check and she said yes. I felt reassured. I ordered their Aveolemono soup, which is usual thick creamy lemon chicken orzo Greek soup. I’m Greek and know about both items I ordered. Not only wasn’t it fresh but I was sick all night from it. The mousaka was at least 2-3 days old, dry, crusty edges that I had to use a knife to cut, and the soup was thin lemon chicken rice soup. I’m now up all night running back and forth to the bathroom. Then there’s the price. Shame on them $33.00 for this. Small piece of mousaka, Small side salad and a small soup ($8.75) I couldn’t believe it!!! All because I was tired from working in Manhattan and didn’t want to cook tonight but I certainly didn’t want to spend my time in the bathroom. When a customer tells you this is the first time coming to your restaurant and asks if the mousaka is fresh, be honest and say no. I’ve had other places say no, we make it this night if you want to have it fresh. But didn’t see an owner around. Huge unnecessary staff behind the cashier and in the kitchen all, quite frankly, not knowing what they were doing. Horrible experience and I suggest you watch...
Read moreI ordered a medium rare prime rib and was served a medium ny strip I was tired and hungry and ate it yet .
when I informed the mistake to the waiter he asked why I didn’t send it back and I told him why and all I got was a “oh”
I asked if the back of the house needs some training in knowing a prime rib cut vs a ny strip cut ? He just looked at me. I knew I was in trouble when the waiter asked a cook if there was any horseradish and the response was “what’s that?”
I was asked if I was sure about the cut of meat and I informed him that I’m chef and I know my cuts and I asked him when was the last time you saw grill marks on both sides of a prime rib? Also there was no horseradish on the premises
Needless to say I will be going to the Norwalk inn next time for an order...
